Fantastic experience: My experience with Samuel was exceptional. This was a very difficult situation for our family, because this had been our parents home for 53 years, since 1974. He knew it was a very emotional time for our family to sell our childhood home. He was very understanding in helping us make sure that everything was done professionally and in anything that needed to be done. He looked into it for us, because we are still currently taking care of our mom and he knew it was just a lot of work in preparing the home to be sold and also be taking care of our mother at the same time . Anytime I had any questions he would answer promptly and any answers he didn’t have, he looked into it right away and got back to me as soon as possible. We are very thankful for the way Samuel handled the selling of our parents home. He knew how much it meant to our family. And it really meant a lot when he asked prospective buyers to write a letter about why they were interested in purchasing the family home. Fantastic experience: Samuel made the experience of putting our house up for sale after 35 years of living in one place so easy! He made difficult paperwork easy to understand, didn’t mind repeated questions and had a very easy manner when it came to making suggestions for us. Fantastic experience: Samuel helped me get get a bank owned property. I kept going to different realtors and I kept getting told 1st time home buyer 1st time home buyer type of loan. Samuel was the 1st one to give me different options of lenders. I got to a lender who said that I could get a type of loan where it didn't have to be 1st time home buyer which led me to getting a bank on property which I plan on reselling in the future. I went through about 3 real estate agents in the community and several loan agents just To find the right opportunity. Will post pictures in the future!
