Negative experience: This realtor takes any client, good or bad. Knowingly taking advantage of people dealing with language barriers. Even going as far as breaking lake county laws to accommodate horrible landlords. Clearly they have zero integrity, do not use this business for anything. Yet when I have to bail someone out that your company made possible… So please do not continue to lie to not only your clients but all the people looking for honest assessments of your work. Own it.

Negative experience: I thought buying a house should be a sweet experience. However, choosing Zilola Chulieva as a realtor was my biggest mistake and supposedly sweet experience turned into a nightmare for me. One thing she lied to me from beginning sugar coating things, eventually when she saw that I had some difficulty with getting a loan she just gave up on me. She refused to work with me. This was not enough for her. When she found out that I was able to buy a house with another realtor she started pouring dirt over me in the social media. I complained to her managing broker but of course she denied it all. I would not recommend Zilola to anyone! Unless you are already rich, she wont work with you. She also spreads all family secrets that her customers shared with her to other people.
