Negative experience: Thank you Rocio for responding. It's unfortunate you can't recall the property in Loon Lake area that had 2 houses with 1 PIN. My realtor and I certainly have the proof with the trail of emails. No worries. I was working on a deal for a property she has for sale for over 500 days. She fails to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion or does not respond at all. I would not recommend her and will avoid homes she is sell moving forward. Unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I was eager but a little intimidated about the process of buying my first home but Rocio was very helpful. I was able to connect with her at a community event before I asked her to be my agent. She was always responsive and showed me a variety of homes, encouraging me to keep an open mind to the potential of each house. One thing I really appreciated about her help during my search was her knowledge about the condition of the home and what to look out for when investing in a property.
