Negative experience: Got a random letter in the mail asking if we were interested in selling our home. 1: we have a “no solicitation” sign so mailing it is a “work around” and 2: if you researched enough you’d see we just bought our home a little over a year ago. Also for anyone reading reviews; all of the recent reviews look very fake. I would assume paid for reviews. The “clients” have no history or reviews for other places etc. Always make sure to do your research.

Fantastic experience: When my mom was getting ready to sell her house, we received a timely letter from Jack indicating that he had clients looking for a property in her neighborhood. I'm extremely glad I called the number. Jack brought a well qualified and motivated buyer to look at the property, and we had an acceptable verbal offer before they left. We've never done an FSBO transaction before, but Jack's professionalism made us comfortable enough to not engage our own agent to represent us as sellers. The transaction closed today (less than a month after the initial meeting). We got a fair price for the property, and we skipped all the hassle with staging, listing, and hosting a stream of prospective buyers. I would definitely give Jack a call if I were trying to sell another place, or if I was looking to purchase one.
