Fantastic experience: I’d like to give a shout out to Mike with Advanced Realty Solutions and Omar, his supervisor for helping us when our downstairs shower was filled with sewage! Their quick response and willingness to get back up support from other plumbers when we were faced with our own “back up” was truly appreciated this winter!

Fantastic experience: This past winter we had two frozen doors! While the construction crew was parked on our higher level driveway, it meant my wife would have to park on the lower level driveway. But, our basement door was frozen so she would change her shoes and wear the ones that had the “yak tracks” on the bottom. Then she had to walk all the way around the house on the ice in order to get into the house! Thankfully, Mike Baker came over and figured out why the doors were frozen and solved our problem! We are very grateful that now all of our doors will open!

Fantastic experience: I am happy to still be a tenant since 2023. This is one of the best property managements I have ever rented from I have not had not one concern or issue when I put in any request their very responseful shout out to the maintenance man that fixed my thermostat when it only needed batteries forget his name but every time he has come we had a time especially when I thought the thermostat was broke but only needed batteries

Negative experience: Their team doesn't return calls after many repeated attempts by call or email to reach Omar and his office regarding my property that they are managing. I have spoken with the office on a couple occasions after reaching a rep, only to be left with a note that they would have the property manager contact me to dosuc5what was going on with my property only to get the runaround on getting any return call after a few months now. I spoke with a few real estate agents while trying to determine some options on the future of my property whom also suggested he was very underhanded in how he handled property clients and they would not recommend working with him.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been good. I have been here for three years going on for so far so good every time something goes down in the house I called to put in a maintenance order in in a couple days. They are here and they take care of it for me so I have no complaints about RJ every time he comes he does a terrific job. RJ is a very good worker and he gets the job done . I had so many questions, and she was always there to answer them even the ones that had nothing to do with the property. One thing I truly want to say, and it brings tears to my eyes as I write this, is that ARS has been one of the best I mean the absolute best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Negative experience: My husband and I owe $1400 in rent after making a very recent payment to further pay it down, trying to climb out of our hole. We have proof of this transaction. However, we're to vacate the premises by tomorrow, due to either my landlord of this company, whom he works for, lying, resulting in us supposedly owing $6000 dollars. This denotes lack of care for the livelihoods in others, the very thing they deal in, as well as poor organization and dishonest employees and/or management. Obviously, not at all a good company to affiliate with in any way, shape, or form.

Negative experience: For anyone that owns a property, this is not the company to hire their communication with property owners is the worst.You can never get someone on the phone for immediate contact and replies. They will try and renew a lease with your tenant and never contact you on price or anything period. To try and leave you stuck with them with their inadequate service and will lock you out of your landlord portal they do not use great repair people either, and their prices are not good.. When my contract was up, they tried to tell me i Had another ten months and try to keep rent. Do not use this company.

Negative experience: I moved in with this company in 2023 Omar is the worst. He is never there and everyone in the office act like they can't do or know nothing when he is not there. They never return your calls and they take people security deposits. Cleaned out the house I stayed in. I paid all my rent every month. When I moved out and asked for my security deposit back. Told me to contact owner. I contact the owner and he said Omar told him I was behind on rent and gave him my security deposit. No one contacted me back yet. So they scam everyone renters and owner. The owner of the was lied to so the can keep his money and mine.. don't trust them

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time and unprofessional. Scheduled a tour and took off work to view a rental. As we're sitting in the parking lot waiting to tour the rental, no one shows up. We call and are told it's already rented. We rearranged our schedules and spent money on gas to travel and was never notified of a cancelation. We were just brushed off like our time isn't valuable. I would never want to do any kind of business with this company. Who knows what else they put people through. So upset and disappointed. How disrespectful

Fantastic experience: Advanced Realty Solutions has been managing my rental properties for 4 years. They have done a great job with tenant placement and managing communication. It is very helpful that they have in-house maintenance. It is one less thing on my plate as being a landlord can be overwhelming. Before I hired them, we had a very nasty tenant that trashed the property and did not pay rent for months in one property. Advanced was able to help me get them evicted and the property renovated and re-rented.

Negative experience: This property management company is terrible. I was told that they would send someone out to check the leak I had. They sent someone out who never fixed the issue now the damage has messed up roof floor and downstairs floor.

Negative experience: Don't rent from Omar he's a slumb he manages properties for people and he doesn't fix on nothing his workers always begging for cigs and if you run across the property he manages on 3002 north Madison he patches things up I lived there for awhile Omar never came to check on the property it was major leaks coming from the sealing in the living room raw sewage he never got it fix so we decided to moved it was a health hazard now Omar scamming us out of our security deposit from the damages that he ignored Omar ignored it for a year the tub was sinking in and molded the old floor has lumps under the carpet it's was infested with termites and mouses he never tried to call a exterminator he don't answer his cell phone when you call it's a waste of time his workers say he on drugs that's why his wife and kids left him he has a different secretary in his office every week his worker bob said Omar sleeps with them there all scammers he also manages Advanced property management stay away from them

Negative experience: The property manager Omar is a slumb I lived in his property he never fixed on anything I have kids he didn't care that we were living in the property with health hazards it failed inspections 6 times I moved out due to omar ignoring me for 6 months without repairs he doesn't fix on anything he waits until the property is in bad condition then try to charge u for damages when there caused from him not fixing the problems in a timely manner then he tries to scam you outta of your security deposit don't rent the property 3002 n Madison St he manages that property and it's infested with termites and rats if I could give him no stars I would hes on them ercs heavy don't rent from hi mhe's a SCAMMER HE DONT FIX ON NONE OF HIS PROPERTY'S HIS OTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT NAME IS ADVANCED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Negative experience: All this stuff I’m posting was send to this property manager the 1 week of moving in and still ain’t did nothing about it. Keep sending junkies repair people here not doing nothing. Storm drain run off the roof straight into the basement and they supposedly fix it and fell down the next day. I recommend don’t nobody rent or have they property manage by these scam artists. If you do that let me know you a slumlord

Negative experience: Terrible service. Never reply to your email unless it’s billing time. Omar only works 27 hrs a week. Outside those hours it’s considered emergency. Do yourself a favor and skip this terrible company and greedy man.

Negative experience: No notice unlike my other property management companies. No notice months prior to ask if you would like to renew tenants. No prior notice if you would like to renew property management. Be prepared to set your calendar and do your own leg work and research a contract from 2 years ago or else be forced into a 3rd year of forced management because they do not send a notice or reminder that the contract or lease will be coming to an end soon and they don't ask what you as the owner would like to do.

Fantastic experience: They have done an excellent job at managing my property. It started with screening and placing a good tenant.

Negative experience: Omar and his company are horrible. I hired them as a property management company and added clearly in the email that the tenant is responsible for the utilities but they included in the lease that I would be responsible for utilities. He didn't even include everyone in the lease that was expected to live in my house. I called him to talk about the error in the lease and he started yelling at me which was unprofessional. He told me if I didn't like it, terminate my agreement. He continued to yell and told me to terminate my agreement if I didn't like it. I found another property management company that is much more professional. I agree with the other reviewer, I think the good reviews are family and friends.

Negative experience: Horrible service, they can not do anything right. Double charge you for maintenance issues, deposit incorrect rent amount to your account (always short), unreliable, unable to follow basic instructions, confusing your property for other property charging you for other property issues, I can go on forever. Any positive review has to be from friends and family because they suck.

Negative experience: Service is terrible. Take forever to respond when you have questions about your $$$. There graphs are terrible to read would not recommend.

They very caring and understanding to their tenants needs. Moreover, during this pandemic they made sure all their occupants were aware of different rental programming that was available. They also keep tenants well informed about any changes that takes place. I love leasing, from this company.
