Someone is so caring as the girls in the office. I hope that the main office does not change the situation if you’re looking for a place to stay that feels like home that’s close to everything. This is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it here ! the apartments are spacious , and there are NO rats or roaches !!!! Marissa is the best even if things aren’t working in your favor she goes over and beyond to make sure she can help you as best that she can . She keeps in contact both phone and via email and maintenance comes as soon as you ask them to ! Onetownecrest is one of the best !

Positive experience: Moved out this year after living here for several years. The good was that I never had issues getting maintenance out. Always responded quickly and never had any issues with my neighbors. Never had issues with bugs other than a few spiders, which they had my apartment sprayed to help combat. On the flip side, I was in a constant fight with the plumbing. The one bedrooms have been converted to add washer/dryer hook ups, but they are on the outside patio. While having to go outside to the patio was not ideal anyways, it also caused a lot of issues with water damage. They do have lights that work has heat lamps for the winter, but I still had my pipes burst multiple times in the few years I lived there. Eventually, this led to mold problems (in the wall and vents) that were just painted over or ignored. That coupled with rent going up $100 every renewal was just too much

Negative experience: And just like that I had to get my money back immediately!! I don't know who they thought they was trying to run off with a $350 money order. Yall better go play with ya mama. Thank God we dodged this bullet!!!

She gave me all necessary information and helped me get the apartment approved. Thanks to her I now have a roof over my head for my two children. Negative experience: Lived here for a year kept 450 deposit, apartment was left clean an no damages,, rent was always paid on the first, which included water an trash, time to move out they charger for the first two month water an trash fee, should have been included in the first two month rent,then within a week move in clamps of a light fixture broke, put in a order to get fix ,never came fix it,,once we moved added 125 dollars for same light fixture,I’m sure is was rotten once we moved in, had several water leaks, maybe twice come fix it, other time we were on our own, an maintenance do not come fix things , the roaches is out of hand yet charge a pest control fee every month, yes this place scam ppl out of deposit.I lived in many apartments an always received my deposit, not this scamming place

Negative experience: It’s been a month and no 1 gave me my refund for my deposit back which was $250.00 Plus Smh I will be reaching out to the city about this I did reach out plenty of times And talk scamming people out they $$$ They work to hard for Please do not give these people your $$$ The deposit is not refundable like they advertise It’s a scam and I have reached out to the state for and they said they will be looking into it these are some scammers

Negative experience: I really wanted to like it here... I can see why people do, and lots of reviewers seemed to have great experiences, but we really did not. While there were some things we liked about our apartment and the property, our overall experience was not good. The good: The patio was a good size. The floor plan was a nice layout. Even though we had some noisy neighbors at times, we really didn't hear them from inside the apartment. The location was ideal in many ways: close to the freeway for my commute to the city, but tucked away enough that it was still pretty quiet. The bad: Our apartment smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time we lived there. The night before we were supposed to move in, management called us to say we would have to wait another 3 days for them to run ozone machines to clear it out, but it didn't help all that much. No amount of essential oils, activated charcoal, vinegar, airing it out, or constantly burning candles did anything long term. Maintenance was generally unresponsive if it wasn't an emergency. We ended up with damp spots and mold in one of our closets, and all they did was wipe off the mold with some bleach. No looking into where the water came from or anything. That closet kept getting water damage and mold the whole time we lived there, even after 2 separate work orders (one of them being us talking directly to management). At one point, we had water leaking from the ceiling in our laundry room, which we reported as an emergency. They came and fixed the leak, then said someone would come to fix the water-damaged paint on the ceiling, but no one ever did. BUGS. So many roaches. It got way out of hand. We constantly sprayed and put out traps, and while that took care of lots of them, they just kept coming. Admittedly, we never talked to management about this, but considering they didn't respond to most things we did go to them about, we weren't confident they would actually do anything. There's a clause in the contract that states that you need to give 60 days notice before moving out, or else pay a fee of approximately 2 and a half months of rent (that's fine, lots of complexes have that, we just didn't realize that included if your lease was ending). We only gave a few weeks notice, but the amount they gave us for the fees didn't make sense. When we asked for clarification, we got different answers every. single. time. Literally, they could never give us one definitive answer. It just depended on who we talked to in the office. Once again, we weren't upset about the fee (that was on us), we just wanted clear communication surrounding it. I personally cannot recommend living here. Adding up all of the negative things that happened to us and the way our concerns were handled by management and maintenance, it seems like a gamble on what you would experience. Once again, there are many positive reviews, but those were not my experiences to say the least.

Negative experience: Since day one we came into this apartment nothing has been right they do patchwork and temporary fixes on the apartment it's been roaches a pile of them behind the refrigerator and other insects as well we call about the light going on and off in the kitchen they said u can buy your own light bulb or charge a small fee. Water leaks the first day I moved in!!!! It's been nothing short of terrible here and ill never in my life recommend these apartments to anyone!!!! Pool second has been closed all year long when I ask how long until the pool is fixed, the office response is they are waiting on a part!!! people in the office barely answer the phone. also, there has been some crime around here that has not been reported in the community blog! I wish I can give no star!

Negative experience: These people don’t do nothing at all when u call they barely pick up the phone been here going on a year they said they fix our bathroom and they came and covered it with a board no sir/ma’am then my lights done went out over 4-5 times it’s cracks in my wall that they just painted over nothing upgraded and they want 16-1700 for rent this is a joke the pool was not open all summer by my apartment complex horrible and terrible experience

Fantastic experience: Resident for going on 3 years now and do not regret it one bit. The office staff are friendly and truly a breeze to work with. I am happy they provide reasonably priced homes in Todays market. The property does not have a fence but truthfully that doesn't seem to be an issue here. Super convenient to everything, I just needed to share. Special shout out to Rosie in the front office.

Negative experience: These are horrible apartments!! Don’t recommend at all! I have had problems with these since move in date. For starters something is always broken and it always takes them forever with work orders and not to mention sometimes they don’t even come and you have to bug them. My a/c / heater broken & I could not even stay in my apartment I called the emergency line no one ever answered. They came to fix then the following week it breaks again. Not to mention they always have something going on with their water lines one time they had my water cut off for a whole night & half of the day. They charged me for wrist bands to swim in the pool even through I was a resident. They don’t have their appliance updated for the amount of rent they charge. It is so many cars that make so much noise & police always coming by. They are horrible not recommended at all. The rents are outrageously high for the quality of the apartments. They show you a great model apartment then give you a trash apartment. Their layout is so old for the amount they charge. It’s like staying in a motel.

Fantastic experience: I was working with Farrah the Manager on my search for the perfect home. Unfortunately it did not work out, due to issues beyond her control. But this lady is the most professional, sweet and caring person I have ever met in this business. She answered every single call, worked her tail off to help us, and was just very kind throughout the entire process. The property is is very clean and nice and well maintained. Thank You Farrah for all you do, no wonder you are a success.

Fantastic experience: These are the best apartments in Mesquite! I have lived here for 6 months already, and they are great! It is quiet, the apartments are always clean, the office staff is nice and friendly, you can actually see where your rent money goes as far as improvements to the property. The office keeps you well informed about what goes on in the apartment complex through email, and maintenance is prompt and gets things done. No bugs, no loitering. This is an ideal place to live!

Of course there's been times I've needed maitainence , but they have always been as prompt as possible to fix whatever the issue. The office staff has always been helpful, courteous and thoughtful. I give the staff here now a 5* rating! Thank you for making my living here as comfortable as can be!

Negative experience: I have lived here for 3 years now. When I 1st moved in the complex was extremely quiet & the residents seemed friendly & courteous to each other. In year 2 the residents seemed to change. I noticed people playing loud music & talking loud at all times of night in the courtyard & parking lot. I have even heard gunshots & heavy police presence. Now in year 3 after I signed new lease I have neighbors above me with children that are never quiet. They run around, jump, & bang the floor even late at night. It sounds like the ceiling is gonna fall down. Amazing how $ can let anyone move in. I will be moving out sooner than expected. I hate to leave considering how convenient the location is to Town East mall, restaurants, & entertainment but peace of mind is more important.

Negative experience: I have lived in this place for a year, at first it was nice but after a while everything changed. the neighbor downstairs is very upset several times he came to knock on my door and yelled at me because we walked a lot or if the noise of the washing machines etc. The maintenance staff who installed my washing machines badly installed this to make the water spill and that water seeped down happened 3 times and that also became a problem with the neighbor! The apartment started to crack from the first month that we moved and we called the offices to report and they never managed to solve the problem when it rained through those cracks the water leaked I sent them photos and they never sent someone to fix it. The problem is not the girls who are in the front, it's more of the manager, I think, because in my case she was always on the side of my spoiled neighbors.

Negative experience: They say they have 24 hr secirity or courtesy patrol but the don't,. If you have a complaint. They have someone that answers the phone and doesnt do anything. They call the police. I can do that! I pay for the service that doesn't exist that they claims does! Dog barking all night and baby stays awake..... not cool

Negative experience: I do have really bad experience with this appointment place I was with them over the 5 yers and one time asked them to split my agreement with no any interest they said yes no problem when the time coming to my next split they want add $50 for my now agreement and when I was asked them they are said yes no problem when I did that problem them manger she was so Strange with me and she told me next agreement I will add for u $75 like steal my money and should be only $50 every year but she did that On purpose and now after I left this place they still my $200 downpayment and they asking me to pay another $175 or they will send the bill to collections and before we leave the appointment we mike sure the appointment very clean but the like to Steal this why never ever send for them anyone really bad experience with this place never recommended to u guys

Fantastic experience: Estoy enamorada de mi apt,un muy buen lugar para vivir,la comunidad es muy tranquila,la escuela esta super cercas,el mall,las tiendas,todo esta muy cercas,mi apartamento es de 3 recamaras y son muy grandes los cuartos,las chicas de la oficina son muy amables y atienden rapido a tus preguntas,mantenimiento responde rapido,1vez llame en la noche y sin importar la hora fueron a mi casa,yo si recomiendo los apts al 100%

Negative experience: This is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in in the 20 years I have rented. The apartments are OLD, OLD and in the past 6 months there have been 3 MAJOR water leaks. The management just band aids the problems. There is foundation damage, electrical issues, leaks, mold, etc. I have tried to contact the property management company to no avail. I feel like a live in the ghetto or in the projects (without the low rent). The rents are outrageously high for the quality of the apartments. They show you a great model apartment then give you a dump. As soln as my lease is over....I am RUNNING out of here!

Negative experience: I read reviews and the questions asked .. why is that they NEVER answer any questions about second chance leasing or housing?

Positive experience: Not a bad place to live. The walls are thin and I could smell weed in my apartment sometimes, but the apartments are quite comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and usually quite prompt. Has lots of great perks like fiber internet, a pool, and included pest control.

Positive experience: Lived there almost 3 years. Prior management team was just not a pleasing team to deal with but the new management team there are off to a great, new, fresh start and I like what I am seeing.

Negative experience: Money makers , rude , don’t care if you want to move out, the manager and assistant manager think they own this place. They don’t answer your call when you tell them they say it doesn’t matter. They are very sweet when you apply for new lease so be careful of that people
