Fantastic experience: Maria has help me and family purchase/sell 4 homes in the last 25 years. Every time has been smooth and easy. In the beginning I was clueless to all the terminology and requirements to purchase a home but she broke everything down into simple terms and lowered my anxiety. That's why me and family trust her. she not afraid to tell you the hard truth or or redirect my focus to other options if she knows you wouldn't be happy long term with the property or area. Negative experience: She's rude, and she doesn't give back refunds either. She's not communicative, and ignores you when she doesn't get what she wants. My sister, her mom and i paid and won't be receiving our refund because she's upset due to us having a realtor and her not asking. If i were you go to other realtors don't chose her.
