Fantastic experience: The staff at Signature Realtors are always a pleasure to work with. Especially, Mr. Acharya! He is meticulous and very hard working. My family and I have consulted Mr.Acharya on numerous occasions and Harshal has always been professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I would work with him again, and recommend his services!

Negative experience: I would avoid any business that employs Mohammad Ahad Ali who is extremely unprofessional. I believe this business’ character and ethics are questionable and I do not recommend. I would advise buyers, sellers, and agents to be aware. He is unresponsive as him and his brokerage go radio silent instead of communicating professionally. I am moving forward on reporting him, his agency and brokerage to NAR. His buyers asked for continued extensions hours prior to closing with no proper explanation or reasoning and then goes radio silent instead of being professional when they defaulted on the contract. His clients are refusing to sign over the EMD after failure to perform and meet the closing deadline. Being a realtor who shows no ethics or concerns on how he and his buyers can impact first responder’s families by doing bad business is concerning.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Signature Realtors over the last few years, and I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. I had a fantastic experience working with both Harshal and Umair. What stands out most is their consistent professionalism; whether it was my first starter home or my latest investment, they provided the same level of high-touch service and expert guidance. The team has an incredible ability to navigate different market conditions and always ensures I get the best deal possible. I wanted to sell my house, they helped me renovate the house within my budget and within 2 weeks from listing date, they found a suitable buyer for a good price. I completed the closing on 04/10. Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Syed Umair to find a new apartment, and I highly recommend his services. He was extremely professional, and was an extremely dedicated realtor. He was able to schedule tours every day that I was available and made the process seem easy. He was highly responsive to feedback about the things l did and didn't like, and he was able to scare a deal on a place that I really wanted on short notice with multiple other applicants bidding on the apartment. Overall, great experience with Umair, can't recommend these guys enough.

Negative experience: Escribo esta reseña luego de varios meses queriendo darle varias oportunidades al Sr Chris García, en el mes de agosto del 2023, contacté al sr Chris ya que una prima me lo había recomendado, el sr Chris me recibió muy amable, el objeto por lo cual lo contacte fue para que me ayudara a buscar un alquiler de casa o apartamento, por ese servicio le pague 100$, nunca me busco opciones, me decía que había salido del estado por negocios. Pasaron semanas y yo tuve que buscar por mis propios medios las opciones para mudarme. Luego de mudarme a un nuevo lugar, le escribo al sr chris diciéndole que por favor necesitaba que me regresara los 100$ porque él no realizó sus servicios de buscarme opciones para rentar. 100$ no es mucho dinero. Pero la honestidad si tiene valor. los 100$ los trabaje yo, 100$ por los cuales ahora la empresa Signature Realtors baja su reputación y para un futuro ni la recomendaría a nadie. Se que 100$ es un monto bajo para hacer un reclamo pero yo coloque mi confianza en esta empresa. Tengo pruebas de la transferencias que le hice al Sr Chris para pagarle por sus servicios. Espero, por la respuesta de esta empresa. Ah quiero resaltar que el sistema que está empresa maneja si está mi registro por el servicio que solicite. PD: para escribir esta reseña quiero volver a resaltar que llame y escribí muchas veces al sr Chris, es incómodo escribir esto, pero las personas deben ser honesta y no devolver 100$ o la cantidad que sea, no es honestidad. Yo puse mi confianza en él Sr Chris.

Fantastic experience: I found myself in a peculiar housing situation. After 6 years of renting my landlord had to move back in immediately due to financial stress. I am frantic looking for a place. Found a house so I thought, qualified for it, discussed a move in date and based on a property manager telling me that by the time I move in everything that was not done will be done...NOT! So, everyday for three months I am searching for a new house. Guess who found another house...reasonably priced and here we go...moved in. Enter Harshal Acharya, Realtor! Please allow me to speak on the young man Harshal Acharya!!! Let's talk about someone who is a professional, articulate, intelligent, caring, hardworking, straight forward, honest, willing to go above/beyond, exudes with integrity and grit....and even after I have moved in, he gives a call just to see if all is well!! Yes, there are a lot of good realtors, there are a lot of great realtors...BUT THIS REALTOR IS TRULY AMAZING....HE CARES!! My family trust Harshal and we all know if you like someone the family is normally on the opposite...not mine we are all on the same page when it comes to Harshal Acharya!! Times are crazy, we normally have nothing good to say about one another and if we do we say it to someone near instead of sharing it with many. I am sharing my experience with many. I had the opportunity to have a wonderful professional young realtor by the name of Harshal Acharya with Signatures Realtors in Annandale to assist me and I am so Thankful and Grateful...

Negative experience: Realtor Chris Garcia stole money from my parents and we contacted multiple times and he kept saying he sent a check out but my parents never received it. He eventually stopped taking our calls altogether and when we would call the office they would not put him on the phone.

Positive experience: Changing my rating to 3 stars bc after i left my initial review of 1 star Hershel googled called and intimidated me to change it… he says googled me and found all my personal information so I’ll change my rating to make sure he doesn’t do anything else with my information. Fantastic experience: Burhan Review I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Burhan Khan I was first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about buying a house. He was patient as I was looking at several homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Burhan was that he was always patient and never get board of not choosing houses; he always giving you hope of finding a better one. I would recommend him to anyone.
