Fantastic experience: We have used Geva and Jane twice in the last three years (unexpected move) for the sale/purchase of our homes. We worked primarily with Jane and Lacey. They were professional, good negotiators and always willing to go the extra mile for us. They are also full of resources that are helpful for downsizing, donating items, and moving. You always hear about how tough the market can be these days for buyers, especially in the DMV area, but having Geva felt like having an ace up your sleeve. She was great at walking us through what to expect from the home buying process, what went into putting together a competitive offer, and gave solid advice in sussing out what meant to us the most when deciding which house to put an offer on. She also was able to put us in contact with a great lender, moving company, and contractor. All told, it took us about a month to go from our initial meeting to closing and taking possession of our home, which isn't something I thought was even possible!

Fantastic experience: Jane was our primary realtor and during our time and transition in Virginia, she was an exceptional agent. She was there to assist, even before we had stepped foot on the east coast. Coming from the west coast, we thought the transition was going to be very difficult for us. However, after Jane assisted us in finding our first home, everything had all changed for the better. We stayed, loved, and admired the home we bought in Virginia.. to the point where we did not want to leave. After staying there for a few years, we Jane kept in touch with us, gave us sound advice on what we should do with our property in the future. You could tell that she only wanted what was best for us. She help us renovate our house, enjoy for a couple more years, and finally sell our property when it was time. The property sold for way more than what we had asked for, and the competition was fierce having multiple offers in just one weekend. Jane was more than just a realtor us. She became our friend. She is very skillful and of significant quality. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER as your agent, and consider you very lucky if you are able to have her on your side!

Fantastic experience: Jane is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! There is nothing more that we could have asked for in an Agent. From the time she first came to our house to "interview" her, she fit in like family. Even before we officially sat down to talk things over, she took a quick $.25 tour of the home and made a couple of recommendations to make the house more appealing. She talked to us about the best time to bring it to market to get ahead of other sellers and have the best chance of selling quickly. We knew then, again, before we even sat down to talk, that she was THE ONE! Sitting down at our dining room table, Jane went over the entire process from start to finish. She told us how she worked, what she expected from the market and what she would do with us to prepare the house for market. She suggested a stager/interior decorator team that works with her for "decluttering", where to make changes in layout and, of course, how to price the house and bring it to market. We had a ton of interest in the house before the listing went live because Jane had it in a "coming soon" status on MLS. When our listing went live on a Thursday morning, we had an offer before the end of the day. We had Open Houses scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, and moved forward with them. By midway through the 2 hour Open House on Saturday, it was decided to put an Offer Deadline in place due to the amount of interest. By Monday evening we had a ratified contract. The entire process from Listing going live until Closing, Jane was right there letting us know what was needed. Her communication is unmatched, her knowledge of the Market and it's movement is second to none, and she is just an AMAZING person overall. We cannot recommend Jane and Varity Homes enough. Fantastic experience: Geva did a great job helping me sell my late father's townhouse in Arlington. Her specialized local knowledge was invaluable every step of the way. In addition to providing insight and advice on getting the house ready for sale, pricing and marketing, she had great recommendations for all the services I needed - contractor, auction houses, contents removal, shredding, cleaning, etc. I'm not local and had to do manage much of the process remotely, and honestly, I don't know how I would have done it without her. She constantly went the extra mile - arranging things for me, taking care of something at the house, etc. While the plan was perfect, unfortunately we ran into a huge change in the real estate market just as the listing went live.
