Fantastic experience: The best seller 100 points for his passion in helping everyone enthusiast I would like to highly recommend him

Fantastic experience: We moved from Hawaii to the DMV (long way) and immediately connected with Thai through a mutual friend. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, patient and we felt like he treated us like family. Really looked out for us in our home search, making sure the homes were in good condition from the inside out. We cannot thank Thai enough for his help and guidance, we saw like 40 homes throughout the region, got outbid numerous times and still, we found the right house, and we did it together. We highly recommend Thai and our lender The Rob Ross Group, good people. Hope you get the chance to work with them!

Fantastic experience: Thai Hung Nguyen did an excellent job selling our house in a challenging market during the government shutdown. Excellent service and he stayed on top of everything we were owed. Highly recommend.

From our very first meeting, ThaiHung demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and knowledge of the local market. What truly impressed us was their dedication and responsiveness. ThaiHung was always available to answer our questions, schedule showings, and guide us through every step of the process. They were a fantastic negotiator, ensuring we got a fair deal on our new house. Thanks to ThaiHung, what could have been a daunting process felt incredibly manageable and even enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Thai is an amazing realtor! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone that I know who is looking for a home to buy.

Fantastic experience: I am a first-time homeowner and Thai has been extremely helpful, patient, thorough, and hard-working since the day I started working with him. With >20 years experience in the business, he is a true expert in the field! He has a great reputation in the real estate industry, and lenders, inspection companies, and title companies in the Virginia area know his name and love working with him! If you need a realtor, look no further; Thai is the guy! I purchased my first condo and he was there to answer every question I had as thoroughly as possible. It has been extremely helpful and has provided me great peace of mind, having him as a realtor. Because of Thai, successfully closing on my first home was a seamless process, despite living/moving from overseas! Thank you, Thai! I would hands-down work with you again in the future, if given the opportunity!

Fantastic experience: Thai was amazing to work with. We were buying a house in the DC area while living in Kentucky, a task I'm not sure we could have done without him. Thai helped us find houses that met our very specific list of requirements, he organized all of the showings into a same day, and was able to show us the house we liked again the next day so we did not have to make multiple trips to go house shopping. He has an easy to follow timeline and checklist that helped us stay on track with everything between the contract to closing, everything from inspections to turning on utilities. He was a big help in communicating with the lender and title company. We had some concerns about the result of an inspection, he was able to get a contractor access to the house so we could get a quote on the issue to know if we wanted to go forward with the purchase. Overall it was an amazing experience and we have so much gratitude to Thai for all of the work he did to get us into our home.

Fantastic experience: When my wife and I relocated from Seattle to the D.C. area, we were referred to Thai by a trusted realtor—so expectations were high, and he exceeded every one of them. Since we couldn’t tour homes in person, Thai curated a tailored list based on our needs and guided us through virtual tours, answering every question along the way. Once we arrived in D.C., he scheduled an in-person showing to confirm our choice. Thai made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, professional real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Thai was so great - nothing negative to say about working with him. He took the time to do an "intake" to learn about my needs and what I'm looking for in a new home. He accommodated for my limited availability to see the houses as I was planning an interstate move and thus was out of state. He managed to fit in 8 showings in one day, 3 of them scheduled on the day of as the first 5 we'd looked at did not work out. He was super responsive and very responsible and reliable. He made the communication between us and the landlord (and their agent) smooth and seamless. He highlighted our strengths as a renter (good credit score, no pets, etc) to help us be as competitive applicants as possible. All in all, we couldn't have picked a better agent to represent us. We look forward to working with him again should the opportunity to move again arise.

Fantastic experience: First direct meeting with Thai Hung Nguyen to put my townhouse for sale, he came prepared with printed out in color 6 random analyses and home prices to determine the best price. Moving forward, he kept me posted and guided me how to prep my TH. And on his first open house, he generated a ton of foot traffic that yielded a lot of offers! I am impressed and was grateful for his guidance to continue to have other scheduled appointments to see my TH so my own schedule disruption was kept to the minimum. His well executed coordination, texts and email alerts kept me updated to date expectations so I can plan accordingly and benefit me to sell my TH a the highest number based on his thoroughly reviewing each buyer’s loan’s in a timely manner. He has met all of my expectations. Moving forward, I plan to continue to use his services in selling my future townhouse. I highly recommend Thai Hung! It’s win-win!

It is important for the Buyer and Seller Agents to have a good working relationship to take great care of both parties! Peter understood this and we were both able to Create a win-win for both of our clients. Congrats to you Sir and thank you for being so great and hard working.

Fantastic experience: Thai was great to work with! He is helping my dad downsize by buying a new condo while selling our 6 bedroom house. Thai is super responsive, informative, and professional. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking to buy or sell property.

Fantastic experience: While I was in search for a real estate agent to represent my sale, Thai Hung Nguyen came highly recommended to me by a friend who had interviewed a dozen or so agents. After I interviewed my shortlist of agents, I decided on Thai Hung Nguyen based on trust, comfort level, experience, and preparedness. Throughout the entire process from pre-listing to settlement, communication was great and the result was much better than I had expected. Based on market conditions and timing, we adjusted the sales price higher than our initial conversation for maximum return. Speaking of maximum return, Thai Hung Nguyen went to bat for me and fought the buyers hard yet reasonably with various options so that I would get top dollar without scaring them off. His network of photographers, stagers, and handymen are also very honest and great to work with. I firmly believe that due to his preparedness I was able to get an offer above full asking. I highly recommend Thai Hung Nguyen, and trust that you will also find him to be a cut above.

Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of working with Thai to find our home and cannot recommend him enough! From our first consultation meeting I could tell that Thai was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. Our first meeting lasted almost two hours and he answered every question that my wife and I had. With Thai's help we were able to find a home we loved and he was even able to negotiate the price down in this market! We were also thankful for his expertise and advice as we were viewing various homes. He provided his honest opinion as to the pros and cons of each property which helped us make a decision. I would definitely recommend Thai to find your next house!

Fantastic experience: Thai Nguyen is a great realtor. He takes time to listen to the needs of the seller and understand their goals, and then makes great suggestions to get to that goal. He even went above and beyond fixing small items in my home that I had overlooked. He was always available to take my calls and discuss his observations and provide valuable feedback. He is always professional and extremely reliable to get the job done and get the sale. I got my asking price with quick and easy settlement. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

Fantastic experience: Thai did an amazing job with the sale of our home. He was very responsive and thorough throughout the process. He gave us excellent advice and the sale was fast, simple, and was completed without any complications. Thai is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Thai's knowledge, marketing, and negotiation skills helped us take full advantage of this market and get under contract in 3 days, settle in 3 weeks... and get 10% above asking price!!! I'm certain that if we tried to sell ourselves or with a different agent we would not have had the same outcome. Thai was professional, responsive, and patient with our many requests and questions. And this is all while Thai was recovering from an injury, although you would never have guessed it. He truly treats his clients like family and does his very best for them. My only regret is that we have moved out of state and will likely not get to work with Thai again. Thank you Thai! ps. Thai is also and exceptional buyers agent, having helped us buy this home 6 years ago :) there is no one better

Fantastic experience: We have worked with Thai twice now and he was amazing for both buying and selling a home. His advice was spot on every time. He is extremely responsive and helpful and we greatly enjoyed our time working with him. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful experience, but Thai certainly helped alleviate many of our worries.

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate to have Thai recommended to us by a friend. The process of selling our home with him was painless. He walked us through the entire process and gave us plenty of helpful advice. Everything was handled professionally and we would recommended anyone looking to buy or sell a home to reach out to Thai.

He always promptly responded in a professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring manner. We trust Thai Hung Nguyen to handle any of our future real estate needs, and we highly recommend his services to others wishing to sell their home.

Fantastic experience: Hung was amazing to work with to sell my home. He has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! He was so professional, organized, and helped me work through all the details to sell my home smoothly. He got my house under contract in less than 24 hours. He responded to each issue that came up immediately. He has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience working with Thai. He is organized, savvy about marketing, good at listening and supporting us through the entire sale process. Would happily recommend Thai to anyone looking for an agent.

Fantastic experience: Selling our home with Thai was a fantastic experience from start to finish. With an overwhelming amount (of often contradictory) information out there about what you "should" do when selling a home Thai was able to give us real actionable advice about what really matters. During the transaction Thai helped us save a significant amount of money during negotiations and we ended selling our house in under a week from listing to offer.

Fantastic experience: Thai is so trustworthy and dedicated. He really paid attention to what our needs and expectations were. We took over a year to find our house and we have been more than pleased with his service and professionalism. We've gained more of a friend than an agent and are able to contact him with any questions or concerns when it comes to buying or selling. Absolutely the best!

Fantastic experience: Thai-Hung is more than a great realtor, he is a great person - friendly, professional, respectful, and understanding. He made us feel like family and ensured we were buying a house within our budget that met all of our needs. We are first home buyers and he ensured we were comfortable about our big purchase in every step of the process. We had terrible experience with previous realtor, and thanks God we made an absolute right choice when selecting Thai-Hung for helping us to buy our dream house. He was very thorough. He really knows the art of buying and selling a house - he knows what to look for, ask, and expect. We didn’t have much experience in buying house, and he was not afraid to give us honest feedback and really made sure we were making the right decisions for our future. Not like other agents who will be MIA after property closing, Thai-Hung continues to give us professional advice and, as usual, always be our best advisor when we have problems related to our new house. We would highly recommend Thai-Hung to our family and friends.

Fantastic experience: We met with Thai Hung back in October when we decided to sell our house. We meant to sell it sooner but got very busy with life and then the holidays came around. Instead of just pushing us to list the house in the middle of December he gave us some honest advice and told us we could wait until after the new year. He's extremely professional and truly looks out for his client's best interest, not his own. This is why we plan to buy our next house with him!

Fantastic experience: Thai Hung is a true professional with a heart of gold. He has patiently worked with my husband and I on our home sale and our purchase. During the sale, he worked hard late into the night to negotiate for us to get the most fair sales price for us. He puts our needs first and genuinely wants to help us get into our dream home. He listens and is quick to respond when we need him. We cannot ask for a better friend and partner in dealing with the complexities of home buying and selling. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Thai Hung was awesome. He was able to help us to buy a condo back in 2012 way under the market price. This time he he sold a home for us. Thai Hung performed a very detailed comp. and suggested our home is worth more than we initially thought. He knows exactly what to put into the listing, how to format it, where and when to list the home for maximum viewings. Our home was listed during Covid-19 (March 2020) but we had the highest hits in viewings and had a contract within 2 days. Our home was even sold for over the asking price thank to Thai Hung sincere effort and experience. Definitely would recommend Thai Hung to sell or buy your home since he has a great deal of experience in the housing market. Plus, he's very sincere in looking out for your interest rather than just the commission.

Fantastic experience: When I started looking to purchase my first home, I had no knowledge or connection of any realtors in the local area. Thai Hung Nguyen was referred to me by a few friends. We initially met through a charity event, and after speaking with him, I have decided to keep his contact information because of his 15+ years expertise in the real estate market, as well as his 5-star ratings through multiple websites and testimonials. The search began in March and it actually took me 9 months to close a deal on a home purchase. I am very picky and Thai Hung Nguyen showed patience and persistence with no complaints. When I found the home that I wanted, he was actually on work travel for two weeks. Even so, he was one call away and would go out of his way to generate an offer letter for me on demand. Not only does he know the market, he also showed me what to look for during initial house visits. His knowledge base from electrical/HVAC to home maintenance have exceeded my expectations from him as a realtor. From price negotiation to closing day, he followed up with statuses and updates every step of the way. He also has multiple connections from various sources of lenders, title, and insurance companies. He's a true professional and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Fantastic experience: Best realtor ever! Very easy going person. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was such a pleasure to work with Thai Hung Nguyen. As my realtor, he helped me to find the right house in the location I wanted for the right price. I truly respected and appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and work ethic. During the process of making my house purchase, I never felt any pressure as Thai Hung helped me to make it as simple and successful as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Thai Hung Nguyen, and the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Premier.

Fantastic experience: Thai helped us selling our house really fast. He's very good at what he does.

Fantastic experience: Thai Hung was our realtor when we bought our first house. He's very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. That's why we went with Thai Hung again when buying our second house. Thai Hung was very quick at responding to any question or concern I had. We didn't feel pressured into buying even though we were somewhat interested in some of the houses. He left the decisions up to us. Matter of fact, he even pointed out some of the flaws in some of the houses we visited that we didn't noticed. I know Thai Hung has our best interests and I would choose him again if we ever need a trust worthy realtor in the future.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Thai to sell our condo in VA, while living in a different state. He was FANTASTIC to work with! We were incredibly impressed by his professionalism, responsiveness and respect for our property. He treats all clients like they are "million dollar" properties, knowing the property is an important asset to the owner, regardless of actual value. We can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing realtor experience!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Thai for any real estate job, excellent experience and more Thank you Thai

Fantastic experience: Thai went far beyond what one expects from a selling agent. We were moving out of town and not available to do many of the things the seller usually would do. He spent time explaining the market conditions and pricing with us. Though we did not receive as much as we had hope for, we believe we had a fair deal.

Fantastic experience: My parents and I had the pleasure to work with Thai Hung Nguyen as our selling agent. Mr. Nguyen is a professional, always prompt to answer phone calls, and responsive to all inquiries. Mr. Nguyen was very patient with us and extremely helpful with all aspects of the listing and sale. He gave helpful recommendations, guided us through the whole process and seemed always available to answer or return our phone calls. We enjoyed working with Mr. Nguyen as he respected our decisions during the process and always give us insights to proceed with the buyers. His recommendations are always on point and lead to the better outcome. We are happy to have worked with Mr. Nguyen and highly recommend him as an agent in real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: Thai Hung was extremely responsive from the get-go. In our first conversation, we gave him a synopsis of what we wanted. He quickly scheduled for a face-to-face meeting to discuss the details of our requirements. Over the next few days, he answered all the questions we threw at him; it was a lot! He was always available via his cell phone. Within two weeks, he helped us find the home that we wanted. The problem was that we faced tough competition. With his quick thinking and years of experience in the field, he pulled through and we were able to procure the contract. Now we are living in our dream house! He still calls and checks-in with us to see how things are going. He's friendly, courteous and is always willing to go out of his way to help you get what you want. He's highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Thai Hung Nguyen has been an extraordinary agent/friend for my real estate needs. He had helped us purchased our first home, and guided us through for buying two investment properties, all transactions were smooth and stressless. My experience with Thai Hung well exceed my expectation, his knowledge and quick responsiveness were the key factors for our success in this competitive market. We would definitely recommend him without any hesitation if you's in the market for both looking for a home or property investment.

Fantastic experience: Thai was great from the start. He made everything easy.Provided contacts for reliable inspectors for the home and pest inspection. He really took the time to help find the right house for us. I have and will continue to recommend him as the best real estate agent i have ever had. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: One of the most important factors for us in choosing a real estate agent was to have someone reliable, honest, and responsive. Thai Hung Nguyen is an honest and trustworthy person who we have come to rely on with our most important purchase. He is very knowledgable at what he does. He is incredibly fast in returning emails, phone calls and updating us with needed informations. Thai Hung was very honest about the market and helped us purchase our last home. Even though what we found was a short sale situation, and there were lots of complications, but Thai Hung managed it all with skill and constant communication. We always knew exactly where we were at, what was coming next, and what our options were. Thai Hung helped us navigate through it all with ease and we ended up buying the house at a great price in a very short period of time. More importantly, however, was the fact that he was incredibly pleasant to work with. He made our home buying process a lot more smoothly and stress free. He was always honest and gave great advice. He was very patient with us and never pushy at all. We never felt pressured to make any hasty decision. He walked us through every single step with patience and care. He truly is at the top of his game. Professional, responsiveness, helpful, confident, trustworthy, a genuine guy who loves his work. He knows the business inside and out and always has you in his best interest. It was a great pleasure to work with Thai Hung Nguyen. We were very thankful to have him as our agent. We could not have asked for a better agent to work with. When the time comes along to sell and buy another home, we will definitely use Thai Hung Nguyen as our real estate agent again! And we definitely have no hesitation in recommending him to our friends and family.

Fantastic experience: We were looking to purchase a house in a very competitive time with low inventory. It was a rough road for all of us and my realtors- Thai Hung and Jessie have been a big help, from searching for houses that matched our criteria to showing houses on short notice or answering all our questions. They even helped us find a second lender after the first appraisal fell through, and we did not even have to pay PMI. After 5 offers and a lot of frustration, we are now happy first-time homeowners. Not good enough? He gave us a grill as a housewarming gift! Thank you very much Thai Hung and Jessie for all your help and advice. We strongly recommend them if you need a realtor.
