Fantastic experience: Derek Nanke is a resourceful, honest, diligent, and thoughtful professional realtor. We moved from out of state and selected him after calling on a listing he presented in The Ranch in Prescott. After answering our numerous questions via phone, we relocated and he showed us the property twice-4 hours total. We didn’t purchase that house; however; we decided to seek his representation on a future purchase-despite the fact that we had a friend/realtor in Phoenix who was willing to offer her services for free. Derek was aware of this fact while he showed us his listing. His main focus was getting the listing sold for his client who he put first. Fantastic experience: Derek was really wonderful to work with. My mom needed to sell her house so she and my dad could move closer to my sister for medical care. Derek was so patient. He walked my mom through all the details, made himself available at all times, and worked around her schedule/their medical limitations in showing the house. Fantastic experience: I was an out of state buyer looking to buy a second home in Prescott Valley. After being ignored by several agents, Derek was the only one who responded out of all the agents I tried. I let him know I was not ready to buy at that time and that it would be 6 months to a year before I was ready. And I wanted someone who knows the area well and is willing to answer my questions about the area and homes as they came up. He was patient and answered all my questions promptly and honestly over the years time. When it came time for us to visit the area for the first time he volunteered to show us around for 2 days. My wife is disabled and on the first day Derek helped me take care of my wife’s needs when her blood sugar went low. And after that he made sure she was as comfortable as possible the rest of the day and on the second day. I could not have asked for a better agent and friend. We eventually did buy a home in Prescott Valley using him and we are excited to be moving to such a beautiful area. Since that time we have stayed in touch and we are grateful to Derek and his wife June for all the help they have provided to us before we move there. I could not have asked for a better experience and now we have a new family to add to ours. In Hawaiian we call them Ohana.
