Fantastic experience: Some friends had referred real estate professional Brendon Montierth to us. Brendon was extremely customer-service oriented from the first time we met him. He showed us a few homes in Pronghorn Ranch a few hours after we called him to see what was available. Brendon set us up in the MLS system which alerted us when houses in Pronghorn Ranch went up for sale. He also gave several recommendations for mortgage companies so we could get pre-qualified for a loan. On a Friday, we saw a home we were interested in listed on the MLS system. We met up with Brendon on the following Monday, where he showed us several homes including the one we were interested in. We made an offer on that Monday. The offer was accepted on Tuesday. Brendon helped shepherd us through the the home buying process; was at the home inspection; and did the final walk-through for us since we could not be there. He offered to help my husband unload the small moving truck we were going to rent when the house closed; and offered to help in any way that he could. My husband took Brendon up on his offer so this young man helped my senior citizen husband unload a 15' box truck when we moved in. Talk about going WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. Brendon also offered to loan us his trailer if we needed to haul anything away. We feel like besides getting to know a nice, competent agent, we have also gained a new friend. I cannot say enough good things about our home buying experience with Brendon Montierth.

Fantastic experience: Brendon was by our side through the entire process of buying our new home. Even after we were back home in California after making a contingent offer, Brendon was constantly in touch with us giving updates and advice. Not only that, he also is a genuinely nice person.
