Fantastic experience: Andrew and Lisa are the best! We have now bought two houses with them, and they were awesome and super professional throughout. Having worked with another realtor recently that we have not been very happy with, it made us appreciate even more what these two have to offer and how responsive they are. First of all, they really know their stuff. When we first were planning to move to Florida, we had met with another realtor, and she was clearly inept and inexperienced. When we spoke with Andrew after that, we could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about and that we would be taken care of. He's been doing this for a long time and knows how to deal with people of all kinds. He took our perspectives seriously, showed us a bunch of houses, and made things happen. We found a house we loved that day. Then throughout the entire closing process, which was very stressful because of the seller's lack of ethics and because of our being out of state, Andrew and Lisa were there to support us, inform us, and solve problems for us every step of the way. I don't know what we would have done without them. We knew we could come to them with questions and for reassurance that everything would work out alright. They really had our backs, and so when it was time to purchase a property for my husband's parents, we had already asked their advice, and they already had something in mind for us. We saw it, and it was indeed ideal. We would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and Lisa to anyone and we will be working with them again should we have any other real estate needs in Orlando.

Fantastic experience: If you're buying or selling in Independence or anywhere around Winter Garden/Windermere/Horizon West, you need Andrew! We sold our home in Independence with Andrew and ended up with multiple offers over asking price within a couple of days. Previously, we had consulted with a couple other realtors in the area who had given us suggested list prices $50-70,000 UNDER what our house sold for. Andrew was the only realtor we met who truly understands Independence and the area as a whole. Plus, he's just a genuinely nice guy and really easy to work with. When we were trying to sell our home in 2016, we had tried 3 other agents and had very few showings and one low ball offer, so we decided to stay put for a while. This March we decided to try and sell again, and we knew of Andrew by reputation and his booths at the Independence community events, so we reached out to him. From the very first meeting, Andrew did a great job providing insight on the community and selling strategy to get the job done. He provided a realistic estimate on what we should be able to sell our home for. Andrew really learned about our property and all of the upgrades and "Green" features we had made over the years and formed a selling campaign to target the right buyer. 30 days later we had a buyers and sold for a little more than the estimate Andrew gave us when we first met. During the sale of our home, we also decided to let Andrew represent us in the purchase of our new home. Just as with the sale, the decision a wise one. Andrew was able to navigate us through the process of the purchase of our new construction home. His knowledge of the laws and regulations lead us to secure a purchase at a great price and was smooth sailing through close. So we sold our home, purchased a new home and move in a little over 60 days from the day we decided it was time to make a move. I cannot say enough without rambling on about how great Andrew is. Fantastic experience: Andrew & Lisa were both a landlord and Andrew was a realty agent to me. As a landlord, he did his homework before renting to me. I really appreciate that. And as a landlord he was most responsive to my unique needs including a visit very quickly to the rented home to care for an AC problem. I really needed this, too. Other landlords would have made me go overnight without AC but not Andrew; I was just important to him at the time! As a realty agent, Andrew was very patient as I took a lot of time to find the right house. He did that, to my surprise, in a neighborhood that I thought was not right. But he persisted and had me look anyway. And it ended up being the right place at the right time. We love our house and our neighborhood, too. Cannot say enough good things about Andrew!
