Fantastic experience: Exciting day yesterday, as we did the closing, and got the key to the house we bought to call it, from now on- our home. It's not the first property I bought in my lifetime and worked with realtors both in the United States as well as overseas in other countries. As first time home buyers coming from the South she helped us understand what to look for in Iowa homes and helped us to be competitive in a market where houses were pending within a few hours. Emily was referred to me by Allison Reid Haack (thank you so much)... while dealing with my husband's death, a senior graduating high-school, moving myself and my son into apartments, Emily was amazing. Fantastic experience: We had the privilege of working with Emily to buy our dream home in North Liberty 2 years ago. We moved from Michigan for a new job and she was incredible. It was no problem at all to work with her from a distance. When we came for a weekend to look at houses, she had 2 days completely scheduled for us. By the end of that weekend we put in an offer on a home that hadn't even been listed yet because she worked her contacts. She also helped us get a feel for our new area and helped me navigate choosing which schools we wanted for our kids. Imagine our surprise when my husband lost his job at the beginning of the pandemic. It took him 14 months to find a new job which meant we had to sell our dream home and move to a new state. I contacted Emily to help us sell our home and she was amazing again! Within a day she had already come to walk through the house, put together comps, and recommended a list price. The photos and video her team put together were absolutely gorgeous! Within a couple of weeks of that first contact, we listed our home, received multiple offers, and were under contract. I can't recommend her services enough.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Emily to find a home for our relocation to Iowa City and could not be happier with our experience! Since we were unable to be on location, Emily facilitated digital visits to the properties we were interested in. She helped us get to know the city and neighborhoods remotely and was able to help us figure out what area and homes made sense for our family.
