Fantastic experience: This my second experience selling a property with Marc and this was handled every bit as professionally as the first. There are too many “Realtors” who have a license, know how to fill out the paperwork but no knowledge of the product they’re selling. That is absolutely NOT the case with Marc and Kaila. They understand the product, building practices, aesthetics, the local market, and manage it all from start to finish with direct communication and integrity. Fantastic experience: Update: Due to job relocation, we had to sell our home and reached out to Marc and Kaila ... they were fantastic when we were buyers ... and just as wonderful when we were sellers! We essentially sold our house as soon as it went on the market. Marc and Kaila are strong communicators and helped us stay on track as we had already moved out of state prior to our closing. Is that west-facing deck going to be unusable in summer evenings due to getting blasted by the sun? Is that driveway going to be a nightmare in the winter? Those are the questions and answers that you rely on a realtor for, especially in a climate like Montana. Both Marc and his assistant Kaila are always available and willing to help via phone, text, email, and/or in person. I don't know that I've ever worked with anyone else in any profession as likely to answer the phone as Marc. He and Kaila provide a level of service that makes you feel like you truly are the #1 priority. I can't say the same for any other realtor/assistant combo that I've worked with in the past.
