Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Dahlia House this summer and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable for the four of us, well stocked, great shower, nice backyard, short walk to main street. Great communication with Brett. Hope we get a chance to stay here again!

Fantastic experience: This home is gorgeous! It was the perfect spot for our girls' trip to Bozeman. Paul was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed — toiletries, paper towels, coffee, and more. The neighborhood was charming and we all felt very safe. We’ll definitely be coming back to this cottage!

Fantastic experience: The Lucky Dog Lodge was home for me and my extended families for a week for my daughter’s graduation from MSU. It worked out so well!! Slept 12 adults and 4 babies under 3 so comfortably. The outside area was private and great set up for grad party. Even yard games of Bags(corn hole-as midwesterners call it). Out door grill and seating great. Hot tub for sore muscles after long hikes was excellent (top was a bit difficult to put back on) Location to Bozeman and university as well as mountain hikes and Big Sky great. And airport only 15 minutes away. Truly could not have asked for more. Host was easy to contact as well.

Fantastic experience: Stayed for 5 nights in the Peach house for a March ski trip to Bridger Bowl and to spend time with our Bozeman family. The kitchen was the best stocked short term rental I have ever stayed in. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, fast WiFi, easy to find and get in. The pictures were accurate. House was clean. Communication with Paul was quick and clear and accurate. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lindley House. Wonderful spot for a getaway. Lots of room for a group of 8 for a high school reunion! Super clean and tons of first rate amenities. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Great shopping just a few blocks away. Quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again. My only comment would be that if you are staying in the loft room the climb may leave you a little breathless….not many stairs but somehow the altitude of Bozeman is a factor !

Fantastic experience: Charming, cozy cottage. Skylights and fig tree on loft add brightness and interest. Deck and outdoor table enable al fresco dining in your own private, quiet yard to watch the sunset. Cottage has everything you could possibly need, and fabulous Wild Crumb bakery is in walking distance. Wow! What a find!

Fantastic experience: The Lindley House is a charming home with modern updates, especially in kitchen and bathroom. We rented this home to stay in for our daughter's wedding and had several guests stay with us. Each one commented on how lovely the home way and appreciated the comfortable beds, linens, towels and updated bathrooms (Hint: have your taller guests check the bathrooms as some showers have lower ceilings before choosing a bedroom). The kitchen has everything you could need to cook and it was awesome to find spices, oils, etc available so we didn't have to buy all those items ourselves. The welcome packet of coffee was great so we didn't need to worry about that the first morning, although there are several coffee shops within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the games and puzzles provided in the living room. We used the grill several times and appreciated sitting outside on the deck and the umbrella. The front porch was a great place to gather and chat as a group. Paul was attentive to any questions we had. It was convenient to have the washer and dryer available to use so we didn't need to overpack. So nice to have locks with codes so different groups could come and go without having to worry about keys. The location is fantastic and so easy to walk downtown, to the Alligator trail, Peet's Hill/Burke Park (Farmer's market!) and library. The first week was cool and pleasant and we opened windows for wonderful breezes. The second week was rather hot and I admit I was skeptical the room air conditioners could keep up, but they worked wonderfully and it was very comfortable. I would 100% recommend staying at this home and I hope I am able to do so again.

Fantastic experience: Paul, the owner, was a phenomenal property manager to work with for our vacation in Bozeman. He was quick to communicate, helped install an AC unit when the temperatures climbed, and quickly addressed one unexpected problem. He truly went over and above to make sure we had a great time at the property. Huge praise, will rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: LIndley House is a special place. I found the rental last year for my Iowa high school Class of 66 gal pal reunion this June . It was the perfect place - spacious, clean, great kitchen ( and thanks for stocking it) , plenty of bedrooms and baths. Everyone loved it and perfect location close to Main St.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Findley Cottage in Bozeman, MT for my son's graduation from Montana State. The cottage was awesome. It is very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located downtown and we able to walk to restaurants, parks, and shopping. The backyard was peaceful and private and the perfect location for morning coffee. Paul was quick to respond to all of our questions. I will definitely stay at the cottage again.

Fantastic experience: The Lucky Dog Lodge log cabin is truly one of a kind and accommodated eleven of us with room to spare. The main floor was wide open and made meals fun. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to make dinner each night. There are five bathrooms and lots of towels. The hot tub on the deck was welcome after a day of skiing. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. The location is convenient and right on the Gallatin River, our son caught trout each afternoon. The drive to ski at Big Sky each day was relatively long, almost an hour, but a beautiful drive through the canyons. The drive to Bridger Bowl is shorter and we really enjoyed the casual vibe and great skiing. We all agreed it was a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic experience: Peach House has a great location with lots of "walkability". It's easy to walk to Wild Crumb Bakery, and downtown Bozeman. The home is cozy, clean and wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Perfect stay at "Fridley Cottage" which is one of Bozeman Cottage Vacation Properties. The cottage was spotless, the best equipped kitchen and laundry of a vacation rental ever. It had lovely linens and toiletries and the wifi was great. It has beautiful architectural details from the renovation and is beautifully appointed. This property is clearly well taken care of and we are looking forward to returning! Thank you Paul for your great suggestions for dining and fun!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Great amenities, very clean location, top notch service by Paul from BCVR for directions and things to do in the area. Was here for a family wedding, location was fantastic for doing things downtown when we were not doing wedding related things. I will most likely be back to the area and will book with BCVR for sure. Rental itself was well stocked and well appointed. Really enjoyed the layout of the house and the patio is great space, wish we could have enjoyed it more but weather didn't cooperate. Internet service was very good, family room on second floor has a nice large tv with cable and streaming services available. Thanks for a great stay, Paul. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Lindley house and had the best time. The house was amazing and honestly the service through the rental company was top notch! We sent an email in the morning saying the bed was broken and it was replaced within 8 hours. Crazy good service!

Fantastic experience: We loved our experience in the Downtown Villa! We rent a lot of homes and this one hit all my "musts!" Must have room for each guest to sit at the table, sit in the media room, by the fire - checkcheckcheck! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room to spread out! Loved the upstairs media hang out room and the downstairs reading/gathering room with the fireplace. Loved the proximity to shopping, eating, and breweries, easy to walk anywhere and drive to Bridger Bowl, Hyalite Canyon, Big Sky, and Yellowstone. Paul was communicative and flexible. Big homerun for our family, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our experience in the beautiful Bozeman Villa was amazing from start to finish. The location was ideal for accessibility to the sweet downtown shops; and the home itself was immaculate, lovely, comfortable and perfectly appointed. There wasn't a thing we needed that wasn't provided for us; and Paul is an excellent communicator, helping us navigate the town and the home. On the fence about booking? You absolutely won't be disappointed! When we come back to Bozeman, we will be looking to rent the villa again.

Negative experience: The owner - Paul - doesn’t respond to his guests emails, charges extra fees for nonsense, and leaves bad reviews for guests who follow the rules and leave the house in good condition. Don’t stay at these properties.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at two separate Bozeman Cottage rentals in the last couple of months. Both were excellent! Most recently we stayed at Dwell Skyview for ten days. Though small we never felt there wasn't enough room for the two of us and we had everything we needed. There is space outside for skis and I'd like to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the outdoor space. At Thanksgiving we stayed at West Olive. What a cute, spotless and well thought out little house. Again I'd love to be back in summer and spend time in the back yard.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at several rentals hosted by Bozeman Cottage Rentals and have had the best experience. This time was at the Dwell Skyview. This is an awesome little rental. Had everything we needed even to cook a full Christmas dinner when my daughters stove suddenly stopped working. Such a great design and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Paul went above and beyond when we had a small issue with the hot water. Highly Recommend!

Fantastic experience: We’ve stayed at a Bozeman Cottage twice so far. The host/management is very responsive. The property had everything we needed, was super clean and comfy. The location of the Peach House is great- you can walk to downtown or nearby parks. If you have a car, there is parking in a driveway or on the street by the house. I highly recommend this company and their properties!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Downtown Birdhouse Bozeman over Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed out family holiday. Excellent location right in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Home has a great layout for family gatherings with open kitchen and den. Well stocked , clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Stayed in the Quilt Cottage for one week with my daughter, my son-in-law and teenaged granddaughter. We were all extremely pleased with the accommodations, the well thought out extras, the television reception provided, and the front porch. There was a nice separation for the different family members but we all enjoyed watching the opening of The Olympics on the living room TV. It has a brand new kitchen with great appliances. It is a quiet neighborhood and the front porch is a special treat. It even comes with a friendly neighborhood cat called Pickles. I almost forgot to mention the beautiful quilts in each room.

Fantastic experience: This luxury cottage is clean and beautifully and fully appointed. If cooking or baking is a priority, everything you could possibly need, from sharp knives to an array of spices, to mixing bowls and serving platters are available. The appliances and linens are top-notch, the furniture and layout comfortable. Walking distance to several lovely parks. We will return here and recommend to anyone visiting Bozeman.

Fantastic experience: We had a family reunion with 20 people. We fit very comfortably, although only beds for 16, but had sleeping pallets for the extras. Beautiful inside and out! It had a great layout for a large group without feeling cramped. Also, had a nice and spacious outdoor area. The best surprise was the little path that led to the river! Beautiful! Great for fishing, swimming, or just relaxing. We are already talking about going back again! Great experience!

Fantastic experience: We just stayed at the Northside Modern Farmhouse and loved it - soaring ceilings, open plan, large kitchen with a lot of counter space so great for many people helping with the cooking! Beds are very comfy and the overall space is very pleasant and comfortable. Loved the wood stove for chilly evenings. Location is great. Paul was so responsive and friendly and we enjoyed the coffee and eggs!

Fantastic experience: I’ve stayed at two of their rentals and both experiences were EXCELLENT! The homes are in great locations...on quiet streets within walking distance of Main Street. Both homes were really lovely...nicely decorated...comfy beds...stocked with everything you could need and more. And, beyond the properties, the guys who run the company are just super nice and super responsive to any issue. As a discriminating fellow property host, I have really high standards for a vacation rental. Both of my stays at a Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rental far exceeded anything I expected. And they are now my go-to vacation rental company every single time I come to the Bozeman area.

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at Northside Modern Farmhouse. The house is cozy and well furnished with nice linens and comfortable beds. The wood stove was nice on a few chilly days. And the location is great. Easy walk to Main Street and we found a coffee shop and a few brew pubs in the other direction when out for a walk. Paul was very responsive and we will definitely consider staying in this home again.

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at Peach House in Bozeman, February 2021. It's very conveniently located to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Paul and Christopher were very responsive and accommodating. The house is great- remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Very cozy beds and living room. The hot tub is an added bonus. Great value and a great experience overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Negative experience: We stayed stayed in the Garden Cottage in January of 2021 for four nights. Reservations were made through AirBnb. The owner, Paul, was extremely upset by the amount of dog fur that was left behind by our mutts (Great Pyrenees and German Shepard mix) and made the accusation that we did not comply with the house rules through a scathing customer review on AirBnb. We did in fact comply with the rules and did our best to clean up after ourselves and minimize dog fur left behind. No damage was done to our knowledge and no effort was made to hear our side of things. If permanent damage had been caused I would have happily paid Paul to make things right. If $210 in cleaning fees ($100 pet fee+ normal $110 cleaning fee) does not adequately cover the cost of cleaning a cottage literally the size of a shed, then change your pet policy! Don't take your frustration out on your customers especially when they're paying close to $200/night all said and done. Edit: My misinformation? I just double checked my receipt from AirBnb after seeing Paul's response and I did in fact pay $110 in cleaning fees. No acknowledgement or explanation as to what the additional $100 pet fee I paid goes towards... By my math $100+$110= $210 Once again, we did comply with the rules after careful review. We have to do A LOT of cleaning up at home with our Great Pyr mix hence why I thought the extra $100 pet fee was acceptable. Her fur does go asbolutely everywhere! I can't deny that. As I originally stated in my review I would have happily paid more to make things right if anything was truly damaged beyond repair. This was my second every AIrbnb experience as I stay in a lot of hotels for work. I thought it'd be good to support local during the pandemic... Once again (as I said in my AirBnB message), apologies to you for being an inconvenience as a customer (despite having paid almost $800 over the course of four nights). I had always thought that we are decent, reasonable, and respectful people. Maybe I was wrong. We will be sure to only stay in commercial hotels in the future.

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I stayed at the "Northside Hideaway" for 2.5 weeks and it was just perfect. It had everything we needed and we never had any reason to reach out to Paul. We worked from home during the day (internet speed was great) and enjoyed walking to get coffee or up to Main St to explore. It was the perfect size for 2 people + a small dog. Paul was very communicative and accommodating. We were sad to leave, but hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend booking with Bozeman Cottage Rentals!

Fantastic experience: Rented this last minute for some college students who were not allowed back on campuses out of state because of Covid and whose apt was not yet ready because of new construction. Paul was so responsive, flexible and patient with date changes as the apt closing dates kept changing. Cottage also well located, near downtown on the North Side, cute and well supplied. So appreciative in being able to have this place for the young adults to study remotely from.

From the fully stocked home to the close proximity of walking to downtown, parks, awesome restaurants and a short drive to the mountains. Excellent all around! Fantastic experience: Great stay at Unique Bozeman 425! Very clean place throughout and in a great Bozeman neighborhood. Was nice to be a few blocks off of all of the craziness of Main St. but yet be able to walk to all that downtown has to offer.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Fridley cottage and could not have been happier. The cottage is beautifully decorated and we were set up down to the detail. Lots of towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. Everything a traveler could want. The kitchen had big jars of coffee, tea, spices, etc. You can tell that a lot of thought goes into making sure you have exactly what you need. We rented bikes which were delivered and picked up for us. The location is perfect and we could easily get around town by biking or simply walking. Paul was a delight to work with. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Legends Luxury Townhome during our recent family vacation to the Bozeman area. We could not have picked a better location and space. It had everything we could have needed during our stay, along with a few extras. It was clean & quiet as well as convenient to the expressway. We enjoyed our 1st trip to MT; we can't wait to come back. We will definitely use Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals again!

Fantastic experience: This year was our second time at Lucky Dog Lodge. Our large family settled in comfortably for the week and once again fully enjoyed the lodge. The main floor space is large enough for multiple small group activities (table games, TV/video games, visiting and, of course, eating). We never feel worried that we'll wreck something because of the way it is constructed. We're locking in a week for next year again!

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th or 5th stay at Peach House. I rented other places before I discovered it. The beds are comfortable. The furnishings in good condition. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is always in order and works as it should. You probably know by now that Paul is on top of things and your needs will not go unmet. Attention is paid to little things, tissues, towels, blankets, etc. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood. Road noise is never an issue. I like the laundry, bathroom, in the basement. Never do I need as many clothes as I brought. I especially like the enclosed and private side yard, a nice place to have friends for a glass of wine. You will have a pleasant stay.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have stayed at the Peach House. We find it comfortable and easy to live in while on vacation. It is very well appointed and decorated. It is also easy to get around town from there. The fresh flowers are also appreciated, especially during lilac season.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Dahlia House for a week, and it was super convenient, well-appointed and all-around perfect for our stay. Our dog enjoyed the completely fenced yard very much. We had no issues except having to reboot the wireless router a couple of times, no big deal. Paul was very fast to respond to questions. We met the homeowner when we arrived, as she was doing some gardening. She very generously allowed us to store bikes in the garage. Being 2 blocks from main street was delightful, and the house is also convenient for heading north to Bridger Canyon for hiking. Perfect stay and we so appreciate it being dog-friendly. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: We (2 couples) stayed at the Quilt Cottage and had a wonderful time. Pleanty of room to spread out and very comfortable. Everything we needed was already waiting. We ate some meals in and some out. We walked easily around the neighborhood which was beautiful. Nice fire place and pleanty of quilts available to feel warm and cozy. Used the bbq out back to cook steaks one night so easy it was as if we were at our own home. It was a memorable experience and the Quilt Cottage just made it so much better. I will return and recommend it to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: My family stayed in Dwell House Downtown for ten days. The house is open concept and light-filled, with windows on most walls, yet remains very private due to thoughtful use of outside landscaping. It was great to prepare some meals in the beautiful kitchen, which is very well stocked with cooking basics. This was our first rental managed by Bozeman Cottage and found Paul both informative and easy to work with. We also enjoyed meeting Chris, who takes care of the daily maintenance of the managed homes.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed with Bozeman Cottage Rentals numerous times and have always been pleased. The SouthSide cottage was convenient walking distance to everything we needed. It was clean as a whistle and comfortably equipped. It is a joy to rent a full-sized house and NOT have to buy every single ingredient necessary to cook a meal.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at the Beall St property for a 3 day ski race at Bridger. Everything about the house and location were perfect for us! A cozy well appointed home had everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked (including coffee!), ample linens, games, etc. The walk to town for amazing restaurants, co-op, shopping etc. was a few blocks and took mere minutes. The drive to Bridger super direct. In the winter, there is an outdoor ice rink in the park across the street...bring your skates. The only thing that could be an issue for some groups (depending on size/relations) is that there is only one bathroom upstairs for all 4 bedrooms. For us, it worked just fine splitting up and utilizing the full bathroom downstairs...but I can imagine certain dynamics where this would be less then ideal. Really an incredible property and value!

Fantastic experience: We loved our stay at Lindley Cottage! The house is sunny, warm and spacious. Large windows = a light filled first floor. Despite the minus 17 temps we were happy and warm in the house. It's proximity to downtown Main Street and its coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants is perfect. A large comfortable couch with a big screen TV downstairs was perfect for watching the Olympics. Fantastic experience: Lindley Place Cottage was perfect for our family ski trip to Bridger and Big Sky. The house was nicely remodeled, well stocked with all the amenities one could want and kept us warm in below zero temperatures. House can easily accommodate eight with lots of room for lounging to recover from skiing. Walking to Main Street was great, lots of shopping and restaurants. The new bridge across the stream gives access to a nice park. The neighbors are friendly and the street nice and quiet. We will definitely use Bozeman Cottage again.

Fantastic experience: This is the third time we’ve rented from Bozeman Cottages and we’ve been extremely pleased with each one. Fantastic experience: We rented Fridley Cottage for a last minute trip to ski Bridger Bowl and to visit our son who is a student at Gallatin College. Paul was very helpful with our spur of the moment plans! We just loved this beautiful, well-stocked cottage! It is very warm and comfortable with lots of thoughtful amenities. Perfectly appointed kitchen, cozy gas fireplace in the living room..just delightful! Love that it is within walking distance to great restaurants downtown. We enjoyed chatting with Chris who was taking care of snow removal and did a super job. We would love to stay here again..highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our family stayed at the Quilt Cottage for 11 days! It was wonderful, cozy and very convenient for walking to restaurants, bakeries, breweries. The kitchen is top notch with quality cookware and lots of herbs and spices. There are lots of outdoor adventures waiting to happen. We skied at Sourdough Canyon and drove to the headwaters of the Missouri River. We're looking forward to a return visit in the summer.
