She met and showed many places to us, and after an exhausting hunt she found a property that fit the criteria. This type of purchase was far more complicated and time consuming than your average home purchase, however Jodi took care of all the nitty gritty odds and ends needed to be hammered out to make the deal happen. Her communication and aggressive negotiation skills helped make the building close. When buying property, especially one of this nature, communication and punctuality is most important, which is where she shines. We were most happy with the timely responses, willingness to go the extra mile and even requesting the seller for extra things she knew we wanted without even asking. Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars I would, We started working with Jodi initially to try and move into a larger house for our growing family. During this process we decided it was time to sell an investment property we’d been holding onto for over a decade (three family in Lynn). Mentioned this to Jodi and she agreed to take it on. She told us early on that trying to sell a house with existing and multiple tenants would be a challenge. This was an understatement to say the least. Through a plethora of hurdles, (tenants changing locks so keys didn’t work, tenants locking her out during showings, building fire alarm “mysteriously” going off during a showing requiring the FD to be called, her lock box with keys being vandalized, a dog in one of the apartments, and the list goes on) Jodi powered through all of this fun and successfully sold the house within the price and terms we had laid out. Fantastic experience: Third time’s a charm! Priscilla helped me purchase my very first home in Salem back in 2001. She worked effortlessly to help me find the perfect place.
