Fantastic experience: Anthony and Marla are great. We have worked with them several times moving, selling, buying homes through the whole pandemic housing rush. They were professional and extremely punctual with responses. Even if they didn't have the answer right away they would always respond same day and was on it. This may sound like it should be a standard but trust me, it is not and this is important. Not only did they help us sell our house but they also had a staging service and professional photographer if needed. If I recall this was an added thing but they know whats needed and how to stage it right. We had quite specific things we were looking for in a home. It took some time and we drove to quite a few cities in Cuyahoga County. If you're in the Strongsville area I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Anthony & Marla are top notch real estate professionals! We relocated from Dallas, TX to Strongsville in June 2021. They virtually met with us multiple times a week to determine our housing needs, amenities and school preferences. They also provided an awesome local mortage company to work. It was literally a one-stop shop!!! When we flew up to Ohio, they blocked out time in their schedule on multiple occasions to help us house hunt and assess different areas. Once we made a decision on buying in Strongsville, Anthony & Marla kept us abreast of available listings & options, market changes and desirable areas. This made the house search easy because we didn't have to fly back and forth to look at homes. In fact, they attended the house showings on our behalf and video-conferenced with us for each house. They really knew how to PIVOT in this COVID environment! They also provided us great counsel on how to structure our offer to stand out from the multiple offer frenzy. Fantastic experience: Almost two years ago my wife and I started to look for an investment property. We had very specific wants and needs in mind. We started out finding listings on zillow and inquiring about houses that looked like they might be a fit. Many weren't... We were fortunate that this led to meeting and working with Anthony and Marla. Over a 7-8 month period they were always available, offered sound advice, asked good questions and were patient with our inexperience. When we thought we had found IT...the house we would renovate and own as a rental, we asked for and valued their opinion on the property. We took their advice on submitting our offer, got the house, and became general contractors overnight. Upgrading the electrical service was among the renovations and they even recommended an electrician who we used, he did great work. Knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, friendly.
