Negative experience: Ryan Jones of Tracy Jones team in Ashland Ohio sold my sister's mobile home without a written contract and shorted my sister's estate by $1606 dollars.I guess this is the norm when you deal with former so called recovering DRUG ADDICTS!

Negative experience: Very upset and disgusted with the listing agent, Kerry Englet. She represented her family member in a listing that I purchased the home. There have been very subpar repairs by the previous owner. He attested to not knowing about water damage, where he just painted over a few times, which it has now bled back through, 4 months after I bought my home. Kerry Englet will not return phone calls, texts, or emails from myself or my realtor. Her boss, Tracey Jones was CC'd in the email as well. Absolutely disgusted. The seller. JACKSON ENGLET said that he put a 2x4 to reinforce where there was a sag in the roof, and tossed a few shingles in an area that the general inspector noted. The two of them thought that was sufficient repair. Less than 4 months later and its leaking. 2 contractors and an adjuster says old, neglected damages. Both lied. Poor behavior Kerry Englet, Jackson Englet, and Tracey Jones.

Negative experience: Had a very poor experience with this reality group. Not responsive. Recommended a very poor home inspector that missed several defects in the home. Completely clueless about the homes they were selling. I would never go with Keller Williams again

Negative experience: Lauren Witt is unprofessional, a liar, abusive and flaunts real estate law. Amazing that a Realtor can operate in such a vindictive way. Had a totally funded loan and a seller's attorney was corrected and she still refused to turn over the keys. Avoid at all costs.

I totally own that. I was definitely very lost and indecisive on which lane to be in and Google maps was not being very helpful. I'm so sorry if I made anyone uncomfortable <3 )

Negative experience: I don't want to ever do business with employees who put other people's lives at risk on the road. Witnessed Jennifer Deal in her KW Elevate car (clearly labeled with her name, company name and phone number all over the windows and license plate) put other drivers at risk while she drove dangerously distracted through Westlake today. She was swerving on the road while she rifled through something in her front seat. When she finally set down whatever that was, she then proceeded to type things into her phone which was attached to her dashboard, swerving and holding up the traffic behind her. I even beeped at her to pay attention, but she was too busy doing everything else but focus on her driving to notice. If her dangerous driving is any indication of how this business is run, I want nothing to do with them. Please get your priorities straight and stop putting peoples lives at risk.

Negative experience: A Realtor from Keller Williams Elevate brought his client to our home for an inspection. Present was a licensed inspector, the clients father, 2 brothers and a friend. While the inspector was doing his job, one of the unlicensed brothers went into our home with 2 bags of tools, without the Realtor present, to carry out his own inspection and tried to run a camera down our drain. The family members were doing the own inspections in our home with no Realtor present. They were there for 2.5 hrs. When we got home, 4 of our 100 yr. old antique dining chairs were pulled away from our 100 yr. old antique Dining room table. They had made themselves right at home WITHOUT our permission. They should have held their meeting at the realtors office not in our home. Needless to say we feel our rights and privacy was violated.

Negative experience: Because of the inaccurate wording by agent Justin Wesloh on the contingency form we are stuck with a massive bill to have something repaired that should have been taken care of before we took possession. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I don't think there is a rating for me it was a terrible decision on my part to use there company I just want to warn people before you go there run away go any where but there.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service.. you can not get in contact with anyone with the numbers provided. I applied to a home online paid my application fee and it’s been over the ten day grace period they tell you about ONLINE. No call no email will be reaching out to my credit card company for my money back.

Negative experience: I do not recommend ever selling your home through Keller Williams. Our experience has been a complete nightmare. Just filed a police report as one of the KW realtors brought her client and his parents into our home for an "inspection with a structural engineering inspector". The inspector did not show up and the KW realtor continued to allow her client to inspect our home at which time he tore off 4 chunks of drywall. On the flip side our KW listing realtor who should be our advocate since we the sellers are responsible to pay her comission , continues to offer to pay for things for the BUYERS! seems to me a conflict of interest? Bottom line is I will never trust another KW realtor-

Fantastic experience: Stephen and Anne Gates went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home at a great price. They did their research both when helping us find a home and when selling our home. They were spot on with their knowledge and advice. They were always available when we needed them and gave excellent recommendations of lenders and inspectors. This process would have been much more difficult without them.

Fantastic experience: Every other job I've had was all about negativity and complaining. I've never been around so many positive people here at Keller Williams GCSW who genuinely care about you succeeding, and I can say it's made me a better person! I live down in Summit county now and refuse to switch to another KW brokerage that's closer, because of the relationships I've built and people I'm surrounded by.

Negative experience: Do not rent from these people. Im serious when I say that it was one of the worst decisions of my life. No electric for a MONTH upstairs because they have no sense of urgency. No fridge for a month right when we moved in. They keep messing up our water and sewer bill and now our water is turned off because they didn't pay. All of the sudden there is a 600 dollar charge on my account and I've been waiting all day for a response. Which by the way there is NO one to ever call. You have to leave a voice mail and i've tried 3 times and no one has ever called back. The only way to contact someone is though email or if you need maintenance. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE Edit: Now I've finally moved out and tell them that there is still a charge on my account for the next month which I am not living. They say "dont worry about it". Guess what email comes to my inbox. "Thank you for your payment".

Negative experience: I moved in my home on April 1st. I was promised the missing fence would be installed, screens and blinds would be provided for all windows, 220 gas line for dryer would be installed, yard would be cut, toilet top replaced. Today is May 10th and I still have not received any repairs as promised BEFORE I gave them my $850 deposit, 1st month rent and now...2nd month rent. Although the home is beautiful, don't waste your time. They thought they were dealing with the usual dumb, uneducated single black parent....WRONG!!! I have found and contacted the actual owner of the property who lives in CA....and she was very interested in learning about the HORRIBLE customer service I've received in spite of the money she pays them to properly manage her property every month. I've reached out to my property manager...nothing.... i have called the maintenance line repeatedly, nothing....I've talked to the VP... still nothing .....no 220 line, no screens, no blinds, no fence, no toilet top.......KELLER WILLIAMS.....YOU SUCK!!!!
