Fantastic experience: Recently worked with Ryan on a home purchase and I've got to say, 5 stars! Second time buyer and my first agent was a rockstar, so I had high expectations. Ryan met them with flying colors! Great guy, easy to work with, attentive, and proactive. Everything you could want! Would absolutely work with him again.

Negative experience: This has to be the worst agent I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve called him consecutive days in a row. No response, I left voicemails, emails, I called the office and they said he would be in contact with me and around a week and a half later still no response. I called almost every day. I submitted a cash offer for one of his listings and it has passed the expiration date, and there was no response, completely disappointed and highly unprofessional with this agent. I do not know how one can conduct business like this. In regards to your response, I have called the office multiple times and they said they would leave you a message and you would get back with me. You never once did, I left you a text message to your personal cell phone number, I left you voicemails. You did not reply to either of those which is unprofessional like I said. So my point is still valid you mentioning there is nothing in my name is in irrelevant. Also, if you were under contract update the listing to pending. There was no communication whatsoever or so of course I lowballed maybe if you knew how to service clients properly that would not have happened. I even went above and beyond and head. Some of my friends tried to contact you just to see if you’d answer and there was no answer. You just do not know how to answer the phone and someone who does not know how to answer the phone should not be a real estate agent.
