Negative experience: Super pushy and borderline predatory emails from Chase just from looking at ONE home on the website. I've tried blocking and expressing disinterest, no such luck. Hoping this company learns to have some self respect, or at least a little respect for others.

Negative experience: We were sold a horror story of a home by video walk through by a realtor, SANA KHADER, who works for, DAVID VAN NOY GROUP. Sana the realtor aimed her video of only the good parts of the house we wanted to look at. She showed us only 3 areas of concern, although there turned out to be hundreds and I'm just talking about things you could see with the eye. She even encouraged us to by pass the inspection to be sure they accepted our offer. Now a good agent that would have their client bypass an inspection would surely go over the home visually to see if there were any concerns. She did not! We were 1400 miles away and we trusted her to sell us a nice home. It is now 33 days since we moved in and we work on this dump an average of 8 hrs a day. We had to hire a professional cleaning service before we could start putting our belongings away. After just shy of spending $300 on the cleaners, we had to stop and do it ourselves. We are age 65 and 69 with some serious health issues. Pain being #1 from over doing it, but which we have no there choice or money to hire it out. I was in contact with SANA KHADER plenty of times she knew our health and she knew we didn't want a house that was going to cause an excess of work. When her boss DAVID VAN NOY became aware of this problem he called me and was invited to come out and see for himself, his response was to laugh that off. He was condescending, going so far as to ask me if we thought we were buying a new house. DON'T trust this group, especially if you are out of state.
