Fantastic experience: Mindy Buckley is the BEST realtor ever! Couldn't even begin to say enough nice things about her. Had trial after trial, and she was pleasant and professional thru it all. Ten stars for her help.

Fantastic experience: Mindy was fantastic to work with.

Fantastic experience: Great

Fantastic experience: Mindy and her entire team were professional and very responsive throughout the selling of our home. If you’re looking for a professional realtor to assist you in selling your home strongly recommend Mindy…

Fantastic experience: My mom highly recommended Mindy at Bishop West Real Estate. She always told me that if something happened to her, I should call Mindy to sell her home. Mindy was so kind and compassionate after my mom's death. She made the whole experience as easy as possible. I am so grateful for Mindy's help and kindness. I highly recommend her as well!

Fantastic experience: Mindy Buckley provided quality service, with professional insight and advice through the whole process of purchasing our property in Florida. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We highly reccomend Mindy Buckley and Bishop West Real Estate. Mindy worked to resolve a couple of outstanding permitting issues, which allowed the closing to occur on time.

Negative experience: Mindy was exceptionally rude and accusatory; stating that I was dishonest about what I paid for my home because I told her that I didn't need to divulge that information to her on what I paid. That has absolutely nothing to do with you coming up with a listing price for my home! It's not my fault if you don't know how to do your job! I had never been talked to so contemptuously! I didn't even know how to respond, and just said "Wow" and hung up! I waited over a week to see if she would be courteous enough to offer an apology for her bad behavior, but obviously from past reviews, she has a tendency to be confrontational and disrespectful with buyers/sellers. Beware! UPDATE: What a SCAM! Mindy told me that she was the owner, so either she is lying in the response to not tolerating bad behavior, or your husband is going to take the call...shame on you! I wish I could do -negative stars on this review; and that's a first!

Fantastic experience: Kari helped us find the right home.

Fantastic experience: Mindy was very knowledgable and was quick to respond to text or email. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Hurricane Ian removed one of our two roofs, our carport, our shed and our dream of continuing ten years of living in paradise during the winter. Mindy explained that there was a strong market for damaged, but livable homes. We looked at her in disbelief when she explained to us how much value the home still had, so trusting her expertise we listed our home for sale as is. It sold less than a week later at a price that was sufficient to cover our initial purchase price and the many improvements we made during the past ten years. At a time when we were mentally struggling to deal with the aftermath of the hurricane, she was a beacon of light offering optimism, support, and encouragement. She kept us fully informed of the progress towards the sale, and was a complete pleasure to work with. Thank you very much Mindy for your professionalism and going the extra mile to help us out!

Fantastic experience: They did a wonderful job and Mindy was very helpful. They sold our home in 5 days. But she went the extra mile to help us in many ways. thank you! In our book you are 5 stars plus

Fantastic experience: Kari Myroniuk of Bishop West is our family realtor. She helped my grandson and his wife find their dream home. She assisted me in selling a property and purchasing another. She is hard working, trustworthy, always timely, always reassuring, taking the stress out of a process which for me is inherently stressful. She makes it look easy breezy. If you want someone knowledgeable, fun, caring and responsive who will treat you like family, Kari Myroniuk is the person for you. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. Fantastic experience: We can't thank Mindy and Kari enough for all the hard work in selling our condo in Bird Bay and helping us find a new home exactly where we wanted it. This crazy real estate market was very stressful. The large number of showings for our Bird Bay residence was managed well. They found us the perfect place to move and the deal was sealed the first day on the market. Thank you for keeping your patience and humor during this trying time! Gary and Diane Jones

Fantastic experience: Mindy Buckley and her staff sold our home in Punta Gorda in December, 2021. There was some discrepancy with other agencies on the value of our renovated home with few comps in the immediate area to base a market value. Mindy took it upon herself to visit some open houses (in person) in our city with homes in the likely price range, construction and size as our house. We listed with her and sold our home within a little over a week and for FULL value. Had we listed with other agencies we would have lost many thousands of dollars in the valuation our home and sale as they were merely guessing, and guessing low. Mindy is a super person and so delightful to converse with but with a sure sellers grit and a hidden toughness. She went that extra step for us and it paid handsomely. Thank you Mindy!

Fantastic experience: Buying a home is difficult, but doing so from another state (Maine) adds to the stress. Mindy was invaluable as she organized the inspections, repairs done by the sellers and maintained communications throughout. She is very knowledgeable and willing to assist in any fashion. She obviously loves her job!

Fantastic experience: Kari and Mindy went above and beyond to help us find our permanent retirement home in Venice Fl. Since we were purchasing from a distance it could have been easy for our concerns to slip through the cracks during such a crazy busy time in the real estate market. But Kari and Mindy treated us and our every concern with utmost care and professionalism. We would certainly recommend this team to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Kari and Mindy were awesome, helping us find our perfect Florida home! They took the time to get to know us, understand our tastes and needs, and despite a white-hot market found us a great home at a fantastic price. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Mindy and Bud did an outstanding job with my recent home purchase, I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for an excellent agency for your home purchase or sale. Mindy and Bud make the entire process smooth and worry free. It was a pleasure working with them!

Fantastic experience: What can I say with the help of Mindy , Bud and Kari our sale of one property and subsequent purchase on another property have made our dream of retirement not only possible but probable. Mindy's local knowledge is unrivaled. and even though she wasn't an agent on the purchase of new property she was so helpful with inspections, contractors, etc. real estate contracts. I could go on and on.... If you want a truly professional team on your side use Mindy Buckley and the whole team at Bishop West Real Estate

Fantastic experience: Mindy and Bud have been the utmost professionals in listing our condo. They have taken the time to explain every detail, being transparent throughout the process while keeping us well informed of the progress We have found them to be very responsive when we have questions.
