Positive experience: We worked with ERIC WHITE to secure a 2-month rental for n Wellen Golf & Country Club. Eric had poor communication before and during our stay. No communication was provided as to how to gain entry into the condo, mailbox or storage closet. When contacted regarding a maintenance issue, it took him 2 weeks to respond. We would not choose to work with him again.

Negative experience: Since fired by me, rental agent and seldom sales agent BRIDGET FORD states (when asked of her by me): “Did you place the FOR SALE sign on the property yet”??? Her response: “No, it costs $100”. She then states “I’m not willing to put out $100 for the sign and $200 for the photographer for a place that may not sell” Not only an appalling statement, but highly unprofessional. The above quotes from documented text messages. I contacted the owner of the brokerage,, Steve Forbes. To date, NO RESPONSE. Inconceivable that a BROKERAGE could stay in business with behavior like this company.

Fantastic experience: Great helpful real estate agents!

Negative experience: I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS EVER AGAIN! I found them arrogant AND unnecessarily argumentative, even stubbornly misrepresenting my home when I pointed out the obvious errors they were stating in the marketing materials. I found their representation so horrendous and argumentative that I agreed to pay the <$6.4K> they DEMANDED to let me out of the listing contract. Ultimately it was worth it to get away from them. Worst real estate experience ever. And I've purchased and sold several homes.

Fantastic experience: my co-worker, Rene A. & I from Mid Florida Property Management Charlotte County worked with Anne Peshka to transition a rental property to a property the owner wished to sell. Helping the owner understand Tenant/Landlord Law and getting all the "t's" crossed and "i's" dotted was easy with Anne.

Negative experience: I DEEPLY REGRET doing business with this brokerage firm. I would not feel comfortable referring them to anyone. It has been 4 weeks since I requested to be released from my listing agreement and they are demanding $9,211. to do so. And I'm STILL contractually tied to them. This real estate experience has been worse than I could have ever imagined.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if i could. Property manager Lucy Welch is rude, unprofessional, and honestly a down right horrible person. How dare you fail to do an inspection. How dare you have a man and his child living in a home with no heat, no working pipes, mold, and constantly being harrassed for refusing to pay until the FLORIDA LAW IS UPHEALD! Never ever will i reccomend this terrible buisness broke Steve Forbes is also unresponsive so good luck trying to have anythjng delt with.
