Fantastic experience: Justin helped us find a home last year (2020) which we fixed up to our liking for our winter retreat. When he contacted us this summer about selling our winter home we were hesitant because we like the area and the house. However, after Justin shared information about the "hot" Venice real estate market we decided to list with him putting our price at a level to "make us move". He listed our house on Friday, August 6th. We had 12 showings on Saturday and 6 offers by Sunday, with 3 being over list price. Fantastic experience: Selling your home is a pain! It's stressful, it's time consuming and it disrupts your whole life. The biggest problem we had selling our house was trying to figure out how to find the right real estate agent to help us. There are literally thousands of real estate agents and finding the right one can and will make all the difference in the world. First we thought we would try one of those friend "referral" type of agents, but quickly figured out that was not the way to go. We knew what we wanted, but where and how to find that person. We needed a professional someone that would listen to us, someone who knew what they were doing and someone who wasn't just interested in listing the house and then letting another agent sell it, while they went off to sip lattes. Then a miracle happened and we found Vince. I'd like to say the rain stopped, the seas parted, and a choir of angels started to sing, that didn't happen but it was close to that. What did happen is we found an agent who actually cared about our situation and who had a solution to help us sell our house for the price we wanted. I have been stuck with lousy real estate agent in the past with a 3 month or 6 month contract and I had to sit there watching other houses sell while ours sat there. Although we did a 3 month contract with Vince, he inserted a clause that anytime we weren't happy we could send him packing. WOW! No other Agent in this area will do that for you!! Vince used mind blowing technology to advertise our house nationwide, along with hiring the BEST photographer in the state so that our house looked like a million bucks. He knows how to sell a house and how to attract the right buyers. He has a knack for it that is unique and frankly borders on genius. I won't give away his secrets here, as other agents might try to pirate his methodology but meet with Vince let him open his Pandora's box of real estate goodies and be prepared to be impressed.
