Negative experience: I am emphasizing re: DO NOT RECOMMEND this agency, Casey in particular. Once the agent secured her commission, the accommodation(s) come to an end and will push and encourage pre-existing damages over to warranty dept. These agents are trained to delegate responsibilities onto others….in other words, the longer escrow delays, the longer it prolongs their commissions. I cannot wait until A/I replaced these incompetent agents that are fulfilled with deception and excuses to collect their money commissions. Highlight: this isn’t about leaving a negative review however rather to provide discernment onto others when selecting a realtor that will be there throughout the entire process…. Everyone’s entitled to their own choice, in this situation, it’s mostly “risk”. I highly recommend Re-Max in Charlotte! Just my opinion, your testimony will interpret “fact”. -never again

Negative experience: We were first time home buyers and would not pick this Agency again. We went with the inspector that the agency recommends and we were told what time to be there to meet the inspector, when we arrived the inspector had already left, we were very disappointed. Then the law firm the Agency uses forgot to send the payment to our HOA and I found out when I started receiving letters of non payment and notice of going to collections. Then we closed in early March and never received the tittle to the home, so again I started calling the law firm. We finally received the title in August after I spoke with our agent who is no longer with this agency. The agent we had did a good job but the agency she was working under was terrible for a first time home buyer.
