Fantastic experience: I had been watching the market and loved a particular townhome. I did not have a realtor but drove past the open house of the townhome. I didn't go inside because I did not have a realtor. A few days later Jennifer Kornegay became my realtor. She looked into the townhome, and it was already under contract. I wasn't surprised. Miraculously it came back on the market and Jennifer immediately called to tell me. She showed me the property, and I made an offer. There were several offers made that day but mine was accepted.
