Negative experience: STAY AWAY! It seems that Nicholas's number one concern is how to get paid - cash in the check but provide little to zero guidance. We used Nicholas to sell our House. Since day one our home was poorly listed, no guidance on any open house event, he did not show at an open house with no heads up or any explanation. We had an average experience about 3 years ago when buying a new construction home with Nicholas (though his communication skills seems poor back then too), but when it comes to selling - Nicholas is one of the worst brokers out there. At the time of the purchase he was operating under a different brokerage brand, however since with ReMax - Nick's customer service is execrable. I WOULD AND WILL NOT TRUST THIS GUY WITH ANYTHING!

Fantastic experience: I have interacted with quite a few real estate agents in my time. Some experiences were good some went not so good. I can, with no hesitation, say that Nick was the absolute best. It was actually my daughter and son-in-law that were purchasing their first home. Living in South Louisiana, I flew in a couple of times to help them with the process because I did not trust an agent to have their best interest in mind. I considered a leave of absence from work to help them and protect them from pure aggressive sales minded agents and unscrupulous sellers. Not the case with Nick Whitehouse. After spending one afternoon with him and my daughter viewing properties, I felt great relief knowing that I could rely on him to do more than “sell them a property “. He knew what they were looking for with their first home purchase. He told them issues with existing homes and recommended they pass on a couple. He pointed out areas of concern to them that would become future problems rather than convince them into a sale. He steered them to what eventually would be the best option for them and within their affordability range. I wish all real estate agents were like Nick. He is genuine. Something that is hard to find in an individual, much less someone who is in a sales related position. When they were having issues with the builder, he intervened. I was planning to fly in and help them but he addressed the issues firmly and got the builder to respond. If someday my wife and I move to the Orlando area, we will surely use him for our purchase. His knowledge of the industry led to us having all the necessary tools to make the decision making very smooth. He has great marketing skills for posting a house for sale. After months of searching, we finally found what we were looking for in Winter Garden. There were already several offers on the house, and the sellers were going to decide that night.
