Negative experience: Teresa the broker of Valstar decided to charge monthly fee to Realtors on top of the transaction fee, when I asked her to give me some time to see if that would work for me, she replied “we don’t want to continue, you have 48 hrs to change to another broker.” She was unprofessional and rude.

Fantastic experience: Anj and Pedro were there for me and the amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. Their responsiveness was incredible, always picked up my phone calls and they did the home tour walkthrough in Florida on my behalf while I was in Chicago. I feel like I was working with my best friend rather than a realtor.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how professional and helpful Teresa was during the whole buying process. I was out of state and not in Florida. She walked me through what needed to be done. She answered every question I had and helped through the documents line by line as needed. Whenever I had a question she always responded quickly. When I arrived in Florida, Teresa met me at the house and even brought a house warming gift. I was extremely satisfied with Teresa and have told many about her. To this day, I can text her and she responds. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

Fantastic experience: I LOVED working with Teresa. She was responsive and supportive but didn’t push me into anything. She was honest about the property and asked the questions I had regarding the property in a timely and pleasant manner. Hard working and knowledgeable. When I purchased the townhouse it was a very quick execution because of a job opportunity but she made it happen!
