Fantastic experience: Michael and his team represented my husband and I in selling our condo at PGA West. He went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging estimates from contractors to remodel the unit, and gave us three different options to choose from. Once the remodel was complete, he quickly got it staged, marketing materials out, and listed on the mls and websites. It took a bit to get an offer, but that was due to the slow market and high inventory levels. Michael did explain that when we first took the listing. When we did ultimately get an offer, I had to rely on him to handle everything, as I was out of the country for the entire transaction. Everything worked out for the best, primarily due to Michael’s professionalism. We actually had an unusual and irritating situation with the HOA and our landscaping. Michael personally met with the HOA manager and got it taken care of. That in of itself speaks volumes of the level of service we got from him. I recommend Michael Caruana without any hesitation!

We were looking at properties in La Quinta on-line, and Michael sent us very helpful information on several homes that were within our price range. He never hesitated to answer all our questions in detail, about our interested properties. When we met each other in person, he listened to our needs and preferences for homes, but, also took the initiative to discuss and show us slightly higher priced homes, that might work better for our style. Regardless of what day of the week or time of day, we could contact him with questions. Our home sale had complicated criteria required by the lender so just the right buyer had to be located and qualified. Michael worked closely with the buyer's agent to ensure an efficient and relatively pain-free transaction.
