Fantastic experience: Lisa did an excellent job selling our house. First she created an great marketing plan and advertised on multiple media’s. The first weekend she held an open house and received multiple offers. I had several other things happening that day and ask her to take care of the negotiations for me. She called back later that night and had a final offer of $15,000 over asking price. Through the inspection process several issues came up. Some were caused by code changes and she was very knowledgeable on which ones needed to be taken care of and which ones did not. On the one she was not sure of she did the investigation and I did not need to do anything. On the repairs that needed to be made again Lisa took care of everything. She first gathered estimates. I was amazed by how fast she got people out there. After she had the estimates she called me to go over the options and then she scheduled the work. In one case additional problems were found as the project progressed and more work was needed than originally expected. For awhile it looked like we would not make our closing date. Bit in the end Lisa made sure we made the date. She even did the painting herself to be sure everything was completed on time. I’m not sure how she could have made things any easier for me. All I needed to do is approve the work and pay the bills. She took care of everything else. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone wanting to sell house

Fantastic experience: Lisa is amazing! My husband and I were looking at possibly purchasing a home in Bloomington from another state and we flew in to look at some homes. She had an entire day planned out for us, down to the lunch breaks. She was also extremely honest about the condition of the homes. Some homes looked great on Zillow, but in person required lots of maintenance. She would point out things that would have to be replaced and water damage issues, which is something I’m guessing most realtors who are eager for a sale probably wouldn’t do, but she did it anyways. You can count on her to keep your best interests in mind, that’s for sure! We ended up not buying a home for now as we realized the homes we liked way exceeded our budget at current interest rates (Yes, homes in Bloomington have gone up a lot in the last year or so), but we had to go see the homes for ourselves to find that out. Overall, we would recommend Lisa any day to someone looking to purchase a home in the Blo-No area!

Fantastic experience: When my sister passed away suddenly, I was left with the responsibility of emptying and selling her house in Normal, and it was just overwhelming. One of my sister's best friends recommended I call Lisa, basically saying, "The best thing I can do is to tell you to contact Lisa." That actually was the very best thing! Lisa had a complete grasp on what was happening in real estate in the area and gave me steps to take, names of people who could help with some of the tasks needed, and a strategy for getting everything done to put the house on the market. The house went on the market on a Wednesday with an advertised open house on the weekend, and on that Monday we accepted an offer well above the original asking price. It had been about 17 years since I last went through the home buying process, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. She was on top of everything! From sending us homes we might be interested, putting together comps and providing us with guidance when making an offer in this crazy market. Not going to lie it was stressful finding a home and making an offer, but Lisa took much of that stress off our shoulders through the work she did. Once we found our new home and the offer was accepted, Lisa got busy selling our current home and boy did she get busy! She provided us with advice on how to stage our home for showings, what we should list the selling price based on what houses sold in our area, setup private appointments and the open house.
