Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe the gratitude our family has for this group! What started out as dipping a toe in the water to see if it was too cold turned into one of the most exciting experiences that I personally have ever had! My family and I were super nervous, as this was a new experience across the board! Rachael made it fun throughout the entire process. Tracy was very knowledgeable and a blast herself with her wit and bubbly personality! Brady made sure that we felt comfortable and confident with our decision-making! It was just an overall great experience! I would go through this process several more times, if I could afford it, simply because they are trustworthy and they show care! This group will forever have a place in our hearts, as they have helped us start this new chapter in our lives.

Fantastic experience: Tracy and her team are amazing in every sense of the word. When my husband and I moved to Illinois, we needed to find a home and find one fast back in late 2023. But, of course, we still had a laundry list of desires we wanted out of a home. When we got in touch with Tracy, she was responsive, friendly, absolutely ON IT with the options, and ready to take us where we needed to go. The way we were SO taken care of still astonishes me and it’s been years at this point. We learned all about everything that is required to call a room a room in a home, a deeper dive into comps than I ever received, amazing advice on negotiations, and such a smooth process all the way through. Oh, and we DID get our dream house! What made the entire experience wasn’t just the insane knowledge that she and Brady, and I’m sure the many unsung heroes at the rest of HomeSmart brought, but the genuine care. Building relationships and trust is key to an amazing partnership with your realtor. You want to feel safe, secure, and HEARD. We felt all of that. Even when we moved from IL to TX this year, we called Tracy back for help and she was right there. We’re no strangers to home buying and we’ll continue to buy homes for years after but I’ll always think of Tracy and always recommend her even if I live across the world. I’m not being dramatic. As someone who “peoples” for a living, good customer service is not always a given. But with HomeSmart, that’s their bottom line. You’ll buy/sell your home with confidence and with a heavy, weight lifted.

Fantastic experience: The whole team is AMAZING! I was talking to another realtor and she was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I was down in the dumps big time.
