Negative experience: The Haas sisters are dishonest shady people. Tracy sold me my house and went on and on about the inspection by Segobiano and how everything with the house is great. Now i am selling it she was my realtor for 100 days. I got no feedback, nothing not even a single viewing except she asked me what I owed on it and she magically again had ONE offer for exactly what I owed on it. Her husband would sit at my open houses. This was all after she rented it for me and told me no one ever rents for less than 6 months guaranteed. The people stayed 2 months putting me in a real financial bind. I fired her and The second I get a new realtor she now magically has found a buyer and has the audacity to say there is a leak in my roof and her buyer wanted an $11k credit. . Two roofers have been there since. My roof is fine and has another 5 to 7 years. She will talk and dance around you in circle to get what she wants. Sorry Tracy I wanted nothing to do with your work out expedition but that gives you no reason to conduct yourself as unprofessionally and dishonestly as you have.

Mark listened to our questions and concerns throughout ever step of selling and purchasing our home and provided sound advice for each issue. Mark was able to assist with any issue that came on on either side of selling/purchasing. Mark has a wide range of contacts for everything from carpeting to electrical work, which proved invaluable to me. Mark's extensive knowledge of the local markets resulted in both an excellent selling price for our previous home, and an excellent purchase price for our new home. I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough.

Negative experience: Kevin Troutman is disrespectful and because of his political stance, advertises his business along political lines. Its inappropriate and demeaning and no self respecting person should work with him.

Fantastic experience: We LOVED our experience with Kathy DiCiaula. We could not have found a better match as our realtor. She is compassionate, caring, honest and truly passionate about her job. She took her time to walk us through the steps and all the new words you learn when buying a house. If she ever did not have an answer, she would not stop until she found one. In this market, it's hard to be competitive but Kathy surely is and she is with ease! She never once rushed us through the process and she is excellent at having a long sighted vision, something that is more difficult when you're the buyer! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and everyone! If we ever consider anything in the future, we would not hesitate to reach out to Kathy. Same for any new ISU colleagues! Negative experience: When purchasing our new home we used a reputable company and agent. However, throughout the process the sellers agent- Lana Miller misrepresented information and "repairs." Per our offer we requested certain items be repaired before our closing date. She assured us things had been completed. When we did our walk through the day before closing things were not completed correctly. The complete half- assary of the finish work should have been a warning ⚠️ to us. However, we were so excited about our new home we proceeded to close. Presently we are dealing with sewage leaking into and through our garage ceiling. A specific issue addressed in our closing docs -that she represented as repaired. When we complained about the finish work on the ceiling she agin stated that there was no plumbing leak and the issue was "repaired." Even writing a minimal check for having to go back and fix what her contractor couldn't do correctly. So disappointed by her lack of professional integrity, due diligence, and work ethic. This should NOT be this way.

Negative experience: A emploee who has made contact with the public has no right to condemn people based on their values. Happy to say he is no longer with tri-valley! I would never do business with a firm that employed such a dimwitted person. For years this firm has destroyed farm ground and changed our county for the worst . If this individual and firm continues, say goodbye to the county.
