Fantastic experience: We had observed over the years that Lisa had many listings in our neighborhood and that “her” houses usually sold quickly. When we were considering selling our house in Tracy, I casually asked a realtor friend, who happens to live in Texas, how to find the best realtor for our purpose. My friend started to look at data of the market in our area, realized that Lisa’s name sticks out. She even interviewed her and then called “I found you a realtor”  And she was right: Lisa is well connected in the area and selling with Lisa and her company went very smoothly. She provided guidance on pros/cons of selling right away (holiday time) vs waiting, as well as suggestions on what should be done to the property to improve its desirability. Her team assisted with getting pre-listing inspections and repairs done using their network of contacts in the bay area/Tracy area. She and her team were extremely responsive to EVERY question, and there were many during the process since this was a sale after death and my sisters and I hadn't been residents at the property for decades. Fantastic experience: Melissa was our agent when purchasing a house in Tracy. She was very kind, professional and knowledgeable and made our home buying experience very smooth. We visited Tracy multiple weekends to get a house that matched our need. Melissa was always available for us and never pressured us despite us taking so long and being fickle minded at times, going back and forth on what we thought we wanted. We would feel bad for passing a house after multiple visits for having spent so much of her time but she was always kind and made sure that we did not rush and advised us to go ahead if and only if we were comfortable.
