Fantastic experience: I recently had the privilege to work with Brandon on a transaction in Oakdale. Brandon came in with a contingent offer. Meaning that his buyer had to sell a home to purchase my listing. At first my seller was reluctant to accept the offer due to having to wait for Brandon's buyer to get into escrow. Per the contract they would need 20 days. It was Brandon's assurance as to why my seller accepted the offer. Brandon assured me that the buyer's home was priced to sell quickly. That's exactly what happened. Within in a couple of days Brandon had the buyer's home in top shape, photographed and on the market. Then calls me and shares he is getting into contract on the buyer's home. Simply amazing. Fantastic experience: Working with someone you know, and have known for decades, can go one of two ways: either those years of familiarity can create an atmosphere of trust and respect, or you can wind up ending a long lasting relationship. Fortunately, after working together to find my first home in California, Brandon is still stuck with me for a long time to come. Even though I've known Brandon since kindergarten, I can honestly say that he provided me the same stellar service that he affords all of his clients. Brandon and his whole team are wonderful, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. It didn't matter what time of day it was or how small my question, I knew I could reach out and have an answer in minutes (if not seconds). I don't think Brandon understands the concept of down time.
