David Hartman Jr. did an excellent job meeting us where we were at and leveraging his experience where necessary. He brought strong experience to helping us price the house competitively, but ultimately made it feel very consultative and give us the power to make an educated decision ourselves. The best part, he had a strong understanding of how to actually sell. He was unwavering in his implementation of techniques to leverage interested buyers in our favor. I have known Chad since he was little from 1991 to where he now and see how well they take care of their clients. You can trust the integrity of this brokerage in how they treat their clients.

Negative experience: This review is specifically regarding Jeff J. Harman and his complete disregard for lawfully practicing property management. Please respond to this review letting us know that "Jeff Harman's property management business is not at all affiliated with Century 21 Harman Realty." While you may have no bearing on how Jeff runs his business, you are still associated with him in a real estate capacity. The fact that you knowingly employ, and work with someone, who disregards standards and laws in the real estate industry makes me question the integrity of your entire business. If Jeff is willing to cut corners and break laws in the property management industry, why should customers trust that he will follow laws in transactional real estate? Just because Jeff is related to your broker and the founder of Century 21 Harman Realty, doesn't mean that he should get a free pass. Buying and selling your home could have severe consequences if not done legally and correctly. I would not trust that Jeff, or this company, has the capacity to understand laws regarding real estate contracts. I warn all who plan on working with this company that they employ at least one individual who lacks moral, ethical and legal integrity. If you are planning on seeking a realtor, you should look elsewhere if you would like to make sure that things are done right.

Fantastic experience: I am a Harman. However I am not a realtor. I used to live out of state and have used realtors outside of this company. Since back in Utah I have used Century 21 Harman Realty exclusively and have found them to be very professional and communicate well. I have also found that they were able to help advise me with their learned wisdom. I will use them every time.

Fantastic experience: I have only had positive and exceptional service from Jeff Harman of Harman Realty! If I'm not mistaken, this is a Realty business review, not Rental Housing review? Jeff Harman, one of several realtors here, gave my family excellent service with the purchase of TWO very nice homes! The 2nd home he helped us buy, was in high demand and the acquisition was a battle! There were many complicated issues & I don't think we could have closed the deal without Mr. Harman's abilities! We were very happy with results of his work! He knows his business and can stay cool under pressure! Jeff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in the expertise of Realty! Anyone may be able to get a licence but, Jeff is very studied, practised, & skilled in his work. Jeff is dedicated and loves what he does! Thank you Jeff!

Negative experience: They Never called me back to verify if Jeff Harman was really an employe. He was very shady with a home he was renting. Wanted to verify if he really worked there.

Fantastic experience: Harman realty is amazing! Our house sold in the first week, and David Harman helped us with every step. We had never sold a house before and he made the process worry free. He communicates every detail and is 100% responsive. We never even had ask what the next steps were because he had already communicated. He would be our first recommendation to anyone selling a home!

His communication was 110% better than I expected and his knowledge was even greater. If you have the chance to work with Harman realty you will be impressed with the end result.

Negative experience: Worst real estate agent/land lord that I have ever had. He took way longer than expected to fix things around the apartment, if he even fixed them at all. He never returned calls or texts when you needed him, and when we moved out he would nickel and dime you on everything to get money from you. He is just taking money from young married couples that don't know any better. He tries to make things sound better than they are and he never follows up on what he says. Don't rent from him

Negative experience: If we could rate this as - 100 we would , Jeff Harman is not a good landlord. He's very slow , takes his sweet time. Disappears when things need to be fixed shower, sinks, mold growing on walls, etc and shows up when rent is due. Does not keep his contract rules , also did not give us a contract. When tried to ask him to fix things things just says "oh that's your responsibility ." It took him 5 months to fix our sink , we had to stay at my parents house because of the fumes from the flooding sink because he would not answer phone call /texts . Do not rent or do business with him. He is a dishonest man and very rude.

Negative experience: Jeff Harman's ineptitude is surpassed only by his lack of integrity. He is a terrible realtor and a worse landlord. I am amazed Century 21 still associates their name with his. Learn from my mistakes and heed the reviews posted here. Do not rent from him. Do not buy from him. And do not trust him.

Negative experience: While Jeff's property management may not be affiliated with 21, he does work there. They were unwilling to speak with us telling us that they see him everyday, but they do not know where his personal business is located. This is a reflection of their unwillingness to work with clients. While they are not responsible for Jeff's actions they are responsible for their attitude when dealing with us. I wouldn't buy from them in the future.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars in this review I would. Renting out an apartment from Jeff Harman was the worst experience, he’s business is focused on taking advantage from college students desperate for married housing. Try your best to not rent an apartment from him is the best advice I can give and you can save yourself from having to deal with one of the worst landlords you will ever encounter. We had to deal with a clogged bathtub for the 8-9 months that we lived there and it never got fixed even though we reported it. His apartment looked like a whole in the wall when we moved in, we painted it and cleaned it managing to make it look descent. He always ignored our calls and texts for days, and even in one occasion when we had an emergency with our bathtub and couldn’t shower he didn’t bother to contact us sooner. He tends to disappear and only shows up when it’s time to pay rent because he needs his money. According to Utah law a landlord has 30 days to return the deposit back to the tenants once they move out. He took two months to return our deposit, we even had to write him a formal letter, and then our deposit had ridiculous charges on it. In summary Jeff Harman just takes advantage of his tenants.

Fantastic experience: Dave Harman Jr. was fantastic to work with. He worked hard for us and gave us great advice. I would recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: Renting with Jeff Harman was probably the worst renting experience I've ever had. Century 21 says he is not affiliated with their office but during my experience he was working out of their building using the same receptionist, (who was super nice). They obviously need to do more to put space between him and their business. He was very unprofessional and misleading. There were times that he ignored my calls and texts for weeks at a time. His contracts are ridiculous and set up to take advantage of college students who don't have any other options. The whole thing felt shady. Sleep on the street before renting with this guy.

Fantastic experience: Some of the most helpful realtors around!

Negative experience: Mr. Jeff Harmon was a nice guy but he was very unprofessional. Our first meeting with him he showed up 30 mins late and had to wait outside his office building till he got there because it was after hours and the building was locked. He was slow with maintenance requests and took the entire day with our water turned off to try and fix our leaky faucet just to find out that he didn't have the right part and so he needed to come back another day to fix it. He never did fix the faucet. But the worst part was that he took 3 months to send us our deposit back and when he did there were multiple charges taken out of it that we were not expecting. One for a payment we thought we had paid correctly more than 9 months prior that he never told us that we paid incorrectly. There was also a huge charge for a cleaning fee even though when he checked us out on the day we moved out he said it all looked good. The apartment was old and so had obvious wear to it but he had misplaced the sheet we filled out when we moved in specifying the exsisting condition of the house so we got charged with the maintenance of decades of tenants. We also had to pay the google fiber installation fee ourselves ($300) and when we moved out he then advertised that the Internet was free for the next tenants which it was now only because my husband and I paid to have the apartment hooked up to google fiber. Overall it was a terrible experience and he gave me one more reason to not trust realtors.

Fantastic experience: These guys are seriously the best. So helpful and insightful.

Negative experience: Jeff Harmon was the rudest and least straight forward realtor that I have ever worked with. He was very misleading about some of the application terms and he assured me that I would get his apartment and so I gave him my application fee. He took my application and then did not even consider my application due to some technicality that he said would not be an issue.

Negative experience: The HOA in which my husband and I own a condo has one entrance in and out. At that entrance is a clearly posted no solicitation sign. Still, when I left the house today I found a slip of paper tucked under my windshield wiper for this business with the name Nelson Henry on it. If you expect clients to respect you, they should be respected. I'll certainly never consider this or any other Century 21 office in the future when we upgrade.

Negative experience: I found Jeff the realtor to be dismissive and rude. Not wanting to show houses. Doesn't seem he want homes to sell.
