It has come to my attention that people are leaving bogus bad reviews of Emily because they disagree with her husband. I’m not going to comment on that because this is about Emily and how she does her job. I chose Emily because she was referred to me by both my dad and sister who both worked with Emily separately. I also had an amazing experience with Emily (see below) I am selling another home in 2 years and I WILL be working with Emily. If I bought or sold 100 more homes I would use Emily for every one. Thanks again Emily. Emily is very knowledgeable and professional. She put a lot of work into marketing and research and guided me through every step of the way. I was selling a townhouse out of the metro area so the price point was not as high as other units but I did not feel like I got set aside. Emily treated me the same as if I was selling a high end home. She suggested a reasonable asking price and went to work keeping me informed every step of the way. It sold in 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: In August 2025 we contacted Emily Raguse to help us purchase a condo in Edina, MN. As our realtor, Emily went above & beyond the call of duty to make this happen for us. We saw several properties which did not quite meet our needs. Then, Emily proactively contacted the owners of a few condos which were not on the market, but which fit our parameters. Lo & behold, one of those owners agreed to sell us her condo after receiving a well written letter from Emily! We closed on our condo in December 2025. Fantastic experience: Emily is such a go-getter and we felt so luck to have her on our team in the buying and selling process!! I knew that if there was a house for us in our price range she would help us find it and GET it! She is so proactive in scheduling ("I see you hearted a few homes, would you like me to schedule showings on Friday morning?"), noticing what we have liked/didn't like and able to speak to homes as she sees so many around the areas with her many clients ('I've been to that one, it didn't have a great layout and I don't think you'd like the basement"), and she had connections to lenders and knew of programs that helped us get into our dream home (we got re-pre-approved with a different lender to put in an offer on our house). She was so inclusive of having my kids along and made that process so much more fun for them (having them give their ratings as well). And when it came down to the actual moving and I seemed stressed, she came over to help us pack some boxes and move them!! And then, the process of listing our home: she knew that painting would help our place sell and came over to help us paint, knew what we needed to do to make our house look it's best, was able to promote it online, price it right so that when it went on the market, we were able to accept an offer after the first day!! She really gets that this is a stressful process for everyone, but is so emotionally present, non-judgmental, and goes out of her way to make it as pleasant and joyful an experience as it can be!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what most realtors do on Memorial Day weekend, but Emily was texting us about a property she thought we might like. We had overlooked it because it was at the top of our budget. But Emily noted it had been sitting on the market for a month and it was worth a shot. It sure was. It was “the one.” Our offer was accepted that night. Did I mention we were contingent on the sale of our home? And that the seller got a higher, non-contingent offer the following day, forcing us to sell our current home and get it through inspection with our buyers within the next five business days? Yep. And Emily moved Heaven, Earth, and piles of my junk to make it happen. SHE HELPED CLEAN MY HOUSE TO GET IT READY FOR THE MARKET. (!!!) We had an above-ask offer by that Thursday, a signed purchase agreement by Saturday, and passed inspection on Monday. And here I am now, writing a Google review in my dream house, thankful for a realtor willing to give up her Memorial Day for her clients.

Negative experience: Ms.Raguse was the agent for a potential buyer of a home we were listing. She scheduled a showing for a Sunday afternoon at 3:00. The prior evening, we had agreed on an offer to sell our house with a different buyer contingent upon the results of an inspection. Ms Raguse was immediately notified that evening that the house was now pending. She was asked if she wanted to still hold the showing, but she never replied to our realtor. The next morning we worked hard to prep the home for showing, at the advisement of our realtor. We made sure all four children were out of the house while we cleaned and made other special arrangements like eating out for lunch and adjusting our schedules to accommodate the showing request. She cancelled the showing 8 minutes before the scheduled time, which was very unprofessional. I would not recommend her as a realtor based on my experience.
