He is 110% devoted to his clients, willing to help them with obstacles and personal hang ups that would otherwise prevent them from successful home selling. In my case he stood by for over a year waiting for me to make up my mind. I didn’t really like him at first but that’s because I misunderstood his way of being. He was aware of this, put it aside and still was willing to work with me after a year. That’s pretty amazing. When the work did start it moved very fast and last minute obstacles like removing a well pump were handled swiftly. The home was sold before it ever made it to MLS listing. Very impressive. I could even held out for better offers but I just wanted out of the nightmare I was in. Now I have moved on with my life, having more peace and freedom. Fantastic experience: Well managed condos! Maintenance issues are addressed extremely fast and the grounds are kept in good shape- whether it be snowy or sunny outside! I've seen the plow come at 1:30am to clear away snow out of the parking lot!!! Would highly suggest!
