Fantastic experience: To put it simply: If you don’t use Gabi to buy and/or sell your home you are making a mistake. To put it less simply: My husband and I got the bright idea to buy and sell our home when I was 8 months pregnant. Gabi has made the experience even easier than when I purchased my first home as a carefree single woman. She brings all the data and I mean ALL the data for every decision. And she shows it to you in organized and easy to digest spreadsheets and checklists. If you’re type A then Gabi’s communication will make your heart soar. And if you’re type B then Gabi’s ability to summarize data and next steps will put your mind at ease. Not only does she go above and beyond within her realtor duties (saving us thousands of dollars on purchase price, communicating with lenders on purchase options, etc) but she will do anything to help you out. This includes helping you find photographers, movers, and professional cleaners (which we desperately needed at the last minute because we vastly over estimated how much we could accomplish with a newborn ) Not only did Gabi connect us with these people, but she pitched in to help stage. She brought cute items of her own for staging and helped us clean the spots of our home that our sleep deprived brains missed (she even vacuumed and dusted while I fed my baby) AND she makes you feel as though it’s all not a problem— she’s truly happy to help her clients in any way. It’s not just lip service. If you want to make your home buying experience painless, profitable and FUN then frankly Gabrielle McCullough is the only choice.

I gave her a very tight window to work in between when I contacted her and when I needed to move out at the end of my lease, and she was able to find me a place that worked out perfectly. Fantastic experience: Gabi is an extremely successful and busy Realtor, and for good reason. We felt like we were her only clients. She is the most professional, forthcoming, honest, open and available communicator I’ve ever worked with. She’s not a Realtor that will tell you what you want to hear, she tells you what you need to hear. But, she is always open to hearing you and working for what you want. We had our eyes on a home down the street from us for years. The minute it came on the market, I called Gabi. She got us in the door for the very first showing. We made up our minds by the end of the tour, we wanted that house. Gabi worked into the night and submitted our offer, the first offer the seller’s received in an uber competitive neighborhood. The seller’s accepted our offer the next day. Awesome, right?! Well, then we had to get our home on the market. Gabi promised we could do it within a week. We worked day and night for four days straight with staging advice from Gabi to get show ready. Our house was listed on Wednesday morning before the 4th of July weekend. We were nervous about the holiday, wondering if we’d see less showings if everyone was out of town. It worked out. Our buyer submitted an offer the next day, while Gabi was on vacation. She called us right away to present the offer. The offer was accepted! We bought a home and sold a home in 7 days. We couldn’t have done it without Gabi. Consider yourself lucky if you secure her as your agent.
