Fantastic experience: You’d honestly be a fool to be looking in Collingswood, Haddon Township, or Haddonfield and not work with Stephanie. She lives in the area, seems to know every street (and half the neighbors), and brings an incredible mix of local knowledge, professionalism, and calm to the entire process. Fantastic experience: Before I tell you how absolutely amazing Steph Campise is, let me start by saying that I grew up in rental homes and I’ve been renting in Collingswood for about eight years (thank you graduate school and a pandemic for delaying the homebuying search!). For a long time it felt like owning a home in the area let alone Collingswood was a pipe dream. We started out our first time home buying process probably at the worst time possible: not that much supply, bidding wars, competing against cash buyers, etc. We actually started our journey with a different realtor and were discouraged. I felt like people like me couldn’t possibly buy a house. But then we found Steph and things started to turn around. What made Steph so valuable was her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and her equally extensive network of vendors in the area. I also think she did an excellent job at communicating who we were to the sellers, because when we finally did have an offer accepted on a home, it was largely because the sellers felt that we matched their values in wanting to live in the home and contribute to the community. They couldn’t have known that unless Steph really conveyed that effectively. That ended up making the deal. When we had an offer accepted, Steph went into overdrive and made sure we had not one but three quotes for each major repair project that our home required. She also handled a bunch of details like helping us do repairs for the certificate of occupancy (a unique case). I just didn’t have bandwidth for it leading up to closing, and she did much more than I realized at the time. Throughout the process, my friends and family frequently commented “your realtor seems to know everything” and “ she really is going above and beyond.” We could not agree more. But then again, choosing Steph is like working with your neighbor, because she *is* your neighbor. I highly, highly recommend her, especially if you’re a first time home buyer. We were initially intimidated to be first time home buyers in a less than ideal first- time buyers market. Stephanie and the Allison Nagle team spent several months looking at houses with us.
