Fantastic experience: I cannot emphasize how great Gina and her team are. As a landlord I am extremely grateful for all the hard work Connection PM did to help me. Gina is professional, reliable, honest and goes the extra mile for her customers. Without her help, I would have been stuck in a very bad tenant dispute for a long time. Additionally, the legal team she works with is priced fairly and very knowledgeable in tenant landlord disputes. The only thing I would do differently is sign a contract with Connection PM sooner.

Gina and her team take care of everything from tenant screening, coordinating repairs, and providing end of year statements. Their service is top knotch with most repairs complete within 24hrs. They also upload detailed invoices from repairs to an online portal for record keeping. I also appreciate they take the time to answer all my questions and respond very quickly to any concerns. Using CPM truly made my rental property feel like a hands off investment.

Negative experience: My landlord switched to this supposed company and their service is terrible. Not only was my sister hung up on they told her she wasn’t allowed to interrupt or ask questions or they would no longer be talking to her. When a pipe burst on Christmas Day they took a week to fix it then told also we were responsible for cleaning up the water that had leaked inside and destroyed the carpet. The dishwasher broke nearly a year ago and the washing machine broke after new years none of the appliances have been fixed. When asked when they were going to fix them they told us appliances weren’t covered under the lease. When previously it was. They have sent numerous maintenance people out who charge $85 to look at the appliances and we have not been reimbursed or compensated for these charges. Then they tell us they are increasing the rent to $1650 but refuse to fix anything within the house. They also told us the dishwasher was $600 dollars to fix and they didn’t want to pay that. We have tried calling numerous times but they refuse to answer our calls. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to them. At this point I’m thinking of just letting the courts deal with it. The people we have been talking to are Bailey and Gina. Gina is the so called manger who hung up on my sister. In response to the reply from the company my dishwasher is still broken and hasn’t worked in a year and the washing machine is also still broken so that’s why I’m headed to the laundromat today to dry my clothes. So what is your reply to that I can provide email proof asking what is the eta for these things being fixed.

Fantastic experience: Connection Property Management is the absolute best. We have been working with Gina and her team now, for over 3 years. They were wonderful in helping us find a rental property and have been attentive to all of our needs and questions. This was my first time renting and they made this experience so much easier. I recommend them to anyone looking to be a renter or to rent their property.

Negative experience: Scammers stay far away, they will harass you to move out, have people spy on you and good luck getting your security deposit back. If I can I'd give zero stars

Fantastic experience: Connection Property Mgmt and it’s employees took care of my interests from day 1. They were thorough, responsive, proactive, detailed. I could have asked for a better company to partner with. They handled listing, renting, maintenance, eviction, selling. And everything in between. I would highly recommend to anyone who has rental properties or real estate to inquire with Connection Property Management for their help.

Fantastic experience: CPM was very helpful in screening potential renters and managing my property while the tenants were there. Their connection to contractors (who are reasonably priced) for repairs made the process easier. I recently sold my rental, and the process was easy as well since CPM did most of the work with the buyer and CO, etc.

Negative experience: Terrible. Inattentive to concerns. Constantly giving the run around about things that should have been taken care of before move in. If this company is managaing I HIGHLY doubt I'll be renewing my lease. Edited: Gina Ziegler called my cellphone FROM HER PERSONAL phone and was beyond rude and nasty with me.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with CPM for about a year and a half now and they are exceptional at what they do. In our particular situation we have multiple properties and neither I or my client lives in town to manage these units. Gina and her team are our eyes and ears for the units and they take care of them and the tenants as their own. If you have any property management needs in the Philadelphia / NJ area, look no further than CPM if you want to have a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Connection Property Management was a fantastic property manager for one of my properties for several years. I had to move unexpectedly for work and turned to CPM to rent out my house for what turned out to be nearly 8 years. CPM put multiple multi-year tenants in the property while I lived several states away. When it came time to sell the property CPM helped my with a realtor they are affiliated with. They have been an incredible resource for me over the past several years and I would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: We've, since day 1 of moving in, had a missing window. It's almost 2 months later and they are just now getting quotes for it, despite at minimum weekly reminders. Similar situation with a broken fence. Numerous weeks of reminders that our fence is broken, and a month later we have yet to see even a contractor come out for a quote. Ive spent no less than 15 hours in the last month playing phone tag attempting to get this addressed.

Eric analyzed the existing lease and manged the entire situation to protect our interest and install professional property management. Eric is very strategic with an extremely detailed/balanced approach. Honestly, they treat the rental as their own. My only concern is that Eric works too hard.

Fantastic experience: An excellent company that works extremely hard for their clients. Connection took over a property of mine that was originally managed by another person (Randall Maher). I came to discover Maher was stealing rent and the tenant he placed in my property had never been screened. I fired Maher and immediately hired Connection. They came in and were forced to deal with a myriad of issues Maher had caused. Connection solved problem after problem without complaint. It's been over two years since I've hired Connection and I can say it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
