Fantastic experience: I hired Tricia to sell my family home in Hockessin. It was a very small home that my parents built with their own hands. My parents were afraid someone would tear it down to build a larger home. Tricia was confident that someone would want the charming home. She was right, as soon as it hit the market, I watched Zillow and it had record views and saves. It had lots of showings and sold days after it went on the market. If I ever need a realtor I will certainly call Tricia for any future real estate needs and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the privilege of working with Tricia on a listing that she had for sale. Her client had just recently purchased the property as a new construction property. I cannot tell you how good my experience was as a lender working with her. There were some questions concerning the home owners association documents that were not readily available and she was on top of everything.
