With that said there were occasions when we would get a phone call pointing out things on a home or the location that might be a concern. My family and I relocated from another state. knowing Jan was there to take care of our interests throughout this process is something I will always be thankful for. SHE THINKS OUTSIDE THE BOX. - Throughout the process of finding a home many questions and requests will come up. Hitting a wall will sometimes happen while hunting for a new home, this is where Jan excels. Jan has many sources if she does not have the answer, she knows someone who does! Bottom line the word realtor does not best describe Jan’s skill set. I would refer to her as a SAFEGUARD.

Fantastic experience: Colby Meade was our realtor he was great to work with he had our backs we ran into issues on the sellers side of things but he took care of it and made the sale happen. We will definitely recommend him in the future and if an investment opportunity comes along we would use him again but we found our forever home and he made it happen. Thanks Colby Meade

We currently live in California and every time we found a house we liked she would get right over to the home and do a video tour of the entire house! That was so beyond helpful! Fantastic experience: Thom was exceptionally knowledgeable on the local market and seemed to have the drop on early listings, which is crucial when inventory is tight and it seems like minutes count. His availability and communication were exceptional in general and, crucially, he communicated clearly when he would not be available so I didn't feel in the dark. Thom even showed me a house on Christmas Day! - Yes, that is exceptional - I certainly didn't expect it. However, that's probably why I was able to get the house. It's obvious he's been in this market for a long time and he definitely went above and beyond when it mattered.

I had a lengthy timeline initially, but never felt like I was put under any amount of pressure to move faster than I was comfortable with. Holly knew exactly what to look for in order to help me find what I wanted. Her feel for the area and ability to put the customer first is something I will not forget.

Fantastic experience: Oure experience with Holly thomas-mowery was excellent. Just a little upset that that actual selling agent told the sellers they had till the day after to move out. This was a cash deal. Sellers signed and we signed and no keys were handed to us. Now we have to wait till the next day to be able to move in due to that. This was a cash deal and we expected the keys after we signed and also were all prepared to move in immediately. Holly was not the actual selling agent but she was the awsome agent that helped us thru this process and was very quick to respond back when we would leave a message.

Fantastic experience: Purchasing my first home was extremely nerve racking and I had a ton of reservations going into the process. Working with Jenn Norvell at Core Group Realty really eased the home buying process. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone. I was extremely picky with my home criteria. She spent a lot of time exploring listings for me and showed me many properties to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Once we found the right property, Jenn made the process from making the offer to scheduling inspections to closing smooth and easy and answered many of my questions. Fantastic experience: I cannot give enough compliments to Cheyenne Ison for helping me find my new home. After spending a year corresponding with me by email since I was living in another state, I finally relocated to Boise. During that year, Cheyenne consistently forwarded me new homes as they came on the market and once I arrived in Boise, was always ready to show me a home when I was interested in it. I deeply appreciated her help and knowledge when making an offer. Her advice was right on. I also appreciated how quickly she coordinated the home inspection, and then again her advice on how to respond to the things that needed fixed or replaced. She even showed up and went through the signing of the final escrow papers with me. Very impressive. Cheyenne was also extremely helpful in recommending companies or individuals for repairs, painting, plumbing, heating, landscaping, etc. Since I am new to the Boise area, it relieved a lot of stress of trying to find good people to do things at the new house. If you are looking for someone to pay attention to your wants and needs in finding a new home, I highly recommend Cheyenne. She will not disappoint you.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how awesome Bob is and how great he made this experience for us. From the beginning Bob was very organized and maintained regular contact with me once I was referred to him by another client Ryan Rodriguez. This was back in November 2014. I didn't secure employment here until February 2015, and Bob was with us the whole way. I was up-front and honest in my price range and budget, and I was amazed at what Bob put together to guide us in our home search, and how he helped me to remain humble and stick to the budget. Furthermore, a true testament to his work ethic is how he made himself available at any time I needed him. It was amazing. Weekends, evenings, even 9:30pm on one occasion and he was there with a plan. It is no mystery that no one is going to retire on the commission from my $155,000 house. Even making himself available to show my wife and family the property on a Sunday after the offer was accepted and after showing 6 other properties to other clients. We had a home built and she was great at pointing things out that we should upgrade that would help with resell value later. She was also very available to answer my calls and when she wasn't she was great at getting back to me quickly which meant a lot to me when we were having financing problems and I was worried. Fantastic experience: We spent the better part of last year building a home after spending months looking at existing homes with our Core agent. While the build is a long and sometimes frustrating process, we were comforted with the great attention to detail and service we received from our agent and everyone at Core. I stopped by their office multiple times just to ask questions since this was my first time buying a home. Every time, they took the time to answer my sometimes silly questions and I always felt heard and valued. We love our new home and are very pleased with the agent and service we were given. I would highly recommend Core to anyone looking to buy or build in the Treasure Valley!

Fantastic experience: Core Group Realty was recommended to us from a co-worker who has lived in the Boise are for over 10 yrs. As my family was moving from Oregon, we didn't have any connections and relied on others for information. We contacted Core Group and Cheyenne became our Realtor. Cheyenne is the best Realtor I have worked with. Not only in a business sense, but she is very personal and ultimately cares about your family and the right home for your family. Over the space of 3 months we visited over 20 homes and we had a narrow search criteria with very narrow windows of time to look at homes. Cheyenne continued with the same tenacity and care throughout this process and we finally found our home. Thank you Core Group Realty and especially thank you Cheyenne.

Negative experience: Agent Shawna Jean Schnabel is a terrible agent and also her Broker Cindy (don't know the last name) They represented the sellers in our Real Estate Transaction. We moved form another state and arrived a day after we took possession as a favor the sellers-rent free. The house was dirty, they left 3 bins of garbage and stuff strewn around the house in addition to pet urine in the carpets. The sellers did not do the contractural repairs so we contacted our agent and she contacted Shawna. Shawna said she would contact the sellers, but the place looked fine when she picked up the lockbox. She said the sellers left a receipt for the work....not true. Regardless, the repairs were not done as agreed upon. She is now blaming us and our agent for not flying over, staying in a hotel and waiting for the sellers to move out of our house and do a walk through...............We did everything she asked during this transaction with no problems for us. Oh and 3 days before we closed, she asked us to buy their "gas washer and dryer for 2K...the house is electric.............My husband called her Broker to try to get this resolved and she hung up on him when he told her he was going to have to file in court for the repairs..............Very unprofessional people..................

Negative experience: First, let me point out that the other reviewer is an owner of the company. Check their website and you will see his name listed under 'agents.' Unfortunately, our experience was not great. We began with one realtor, who passed us off to another. After looking at existing homes, and with much convincing and trepidation, we opted to build. The realtor was in absentia during most of the process, and the builder recently explained that our realtor called him saying 'I haven't checked on the build in about a month... how's it going?' The process began okay, but we had multiple disappointments and unkept promises throughout the build -- some of which still have not been resolved. Recently we received a survey form from a Core Broker to rate our experience, and we mailed it back over a month ago along with a 3-page letter detailing our disappointments with the realtor and the process. We still have not received any reply in return -- not even to say 'sorry this happened.' The customer service and follow-through that we received was greatly lacking and is not worth taking a chance on. Currently we have a family member who has been working with another local realtor and the service that person has received while going through the same process is above and beyond anything we received. If we had it to over again, we would not -- at least not with this company.
