Negative experience: Do you often send your agents In to demo tile in their clients home with an ax, and hammer with zero Ppe? I found this situation extremely concerning.

Negative experience: Lady driving through my subdivision with her kid hanging off the side of the vehicle PLASTERED with this company's name. This the image you want???

Negative experience: Paul Coleman, a self avowed ‘strategic sorcerer’ of Fathom Realty, my wife did purchase a dog that he bred for six months and can testify that one should be VERY wary of doing any business with him. Here is why: The ad that Paul Coleman put up for his dog (which I saved) reads: “Born May 13th. Purebred puppies, AKC Dam and Sire - The parents are amazing, great personality, family pets. We love our pups, but can't keep them! We have two two puppies that we need to re-home. Both female. Both are amazing!” So, seeking a family dog, we figured that “amazing” WITH an exclamation point was right up our alley, considering that the word literally means “causing astonishment, great wonder, or surprise.” Sounded perfect! So, my wife, reeling from the unexpected death of our wonderful bichon frisé due to heart failure, went to his house twice, once to see the dog and make a down payment, and the second to pick up the dog, yet she strangely never came into physical contact with Paul Coleman, though she had been texting with him solely. Once she brought the dog home, we figured out why he used a proxy for the transaction. The pup, an absolutely darling little female mini schnauzer, appeared to lack ANY socialization at all, was absolutely afraid of EVERYTHING and showed EVERY sign of some form of ABUSE. But despite all of our attempts for the last two months to make her feel comfortable and loved at home, whatever TRAUMA was imprinted upon her brain during those formative months has become so deeply ingrained into her psyche that she is most likely permanently damaged. She shows every sign of abuse or severe neglect: she doesn’t know how to play, doesn’t know how to trust, doesn’t know how to love, flinches at every human movement, tries to attack every dog or human she meets (including me and my son, who she has bit a multitude of times, many times drawing blood, because when we pick her up and put her down it is like dealing with a rabid squirrel), and she still, after two months, runs away from all people like they’re going to hurt her. We have talked to multiple professionals and have followed their instructions to NO AVAIL. So my wife texted Paul Coleman, the ‘strategic sorcerer,’ and asked him if the pup had been AT ALL SOCIALIZED (I have the text). No response. Then she texted him to see if he would, like ALL REPUTABLE breeders, take the pup back since we had been fooled by a FALSE ad. NO RESPONSE. My wife sent him pleas to take the dog back, that we had expected a loving family dog based on the ad and instead got a severely traumatized pup. I sent him a very vitriolic text asking, at a minimum, for my $850 back. I also told him that I would seek ‘recompense’ in some form by which I meant small claims court). Anyhow, miraculously, all of a sudden Paul Coleman actually texted back, claiming the dog had not been abused verbally or physically, nor crated the entire time (though he had previously, contradictorily, in text, which I have, stated the dog needed ‘more time with humans to build up trust’ - huh???) and that my wife was told that ‘the dog was not socialized enough’ when she bought her which is an outright LIE considering she NEVER met him and instead dealt with a barely communicative teenager (I have ALL of his TEXTS as proof), that even if he COULD give me the money back, he wouldn’t (though he texted ‘but I couldn’t if I would’ - huh?), despite living in a $5 million home and that it’s up to ME to ‘rehome’ her and then ‘find a different pet.’ He then, of course, predictably, accused me of ‘harassment’ and ‘threats’ - after sending him ONE very angry text - to make me go away, of course, something I colorfully stated I would never do. What a guy, this Paul Coleman! Having no HARD evidence of abuse (yet a preponderance of CIRCUMSTANTIAL), I now have to take Paul Coleman at his word - though it is obvious that whatever happened, it was traumatizing. If you are a dog person, or just a DECENT human being, you have been WARNED about doing business with Paul Coleman.

Negative experience: Our landlord is inconsistent, unresponsive, lazy and hypocritical. We never signed an official contract, so he took it upon himself to create rules about when our rent is due despite never discussing it with us after 2 years. (This only happened after our roommate- his brother- complained.) The house is disgusting and he overlooks how gross his brother (our roommate) is on a daily basis. The house hasn’t been up to code for years, and the only decor you’ll find is from our rotten roommate leaving his beer bottles on the lawn. (Buyers beware- the owners are intensely off-putting alcoholics). The main selling point of renting with this company- you will soon reach rock bottom and maybe you’ll turn your life around in hopes of never encountering another place so disappointing and revolting.

I seriously could go on and on about how amazing Jordan and Fathom Realty is! Hire Jordan, and your home buying (and selling I’m sure too) experience will be nothing but smooth sailing! 10-STARS!! ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Stacie. Not only is she fantastic, but she has a great team around her as well. I value communication above all else, and there was never a time that I was left hanging with any questions. She’s sweet, professional, and definitely the person you want to have in your corner when selling your home. We had other homes in our neighborhood (same models even) and she got our home sold FAST. The listing photos were gorgeous, the aerial photos were great for people moving from out of state, and everything was just really painless and easy. I’ve had some issues with my new home purchase (in another state, so I couldn’t use Stacie again) and she’s even been guiding me through these problems and she absolutely didn’t have to. Anyone would be lucky with Stacie as their realtor!
