Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Grounded Realty Group! I’m a newbie to real estate investing and have talked to a lot of “investor-friendly” agents but no one took their time and helped me out the way Kory did. We turned over a lot of stones and analyzed a number of properties until we finally landed on my wonderful home in Middleton. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Kory by a friend. As I was in a different city than where I was looking to buy, I had to put a lot of trust into who I selected as my realtor. That trust was perfectly placed with Kory! I flew out to look at homes and Kory picked me up. After the 1st day, and finding nothing, I asked him to make an appt to see 1 more home. Fantastic experience: From start to finish it felt like I was taken care of by a family member. Our agent, Kory, was kind enough to drive us around to different neighborhoods on our first trip into Boise (relocating from another state).
