Fantastic experience: Full Sail Realty is a great group. I have used them on several transactions and will continue to recommend them. Their team is on point, available and has always been quick to get back to me. If you have the opportunity they are well worth it.

Negative experience: This is the absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. They made empty promises and had horrible customer service. They took 6 months to sell my house and then gave my house keys and lock code to the new owners before we closed on our home. I moved out of state and paid movers to come get the rest of my belongings from my house before we closed and they had already given my house keys to the new owners and told me that they couldn’t let the movers into my house and they could come back after the new owners moved in. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They refused to respond to my messages and after we closed they wouldn’t send me the information to submit a review on how my experience was. This is a very shady company. I was never able to get the rest of my belongings and still had to pay the movers for their time. They also used the wrong photos on my listing for WEEKS even though I asked them several times to replace them with the professional photos.

Negative experience: This company is using unauthorized photos from a previous listing. This makes the listing inaccurate (for the property at 2530 W. Hill Rd. Boise, ID 83702). I did not give permission to use my personal furnishings. The agent who last listed the house asked them not to use the photos. This is an unethical practice.

First off, I am a first time home buyer and was extremely nervous of the process to buy a home and also didn’t know where to start. That is when I met Chris Proctor. He took the time to go over ALL the steps of purchasing a home and the routes along the way. Not only did he get us about 15% above our expected minimum on the sale of our house but he also helped us negotiate a 5% savings on the purchase of our new house (which is unheard of during the boom in sales of 2018). Chris does an exceptional job and informing you as the seller how to sell your home quickly...and for more. He provided the tools, resources and contacts for success. He was a smooth negotiator throughout the purchase of our new home as well. Through the transaction period, Kayce Fehringer made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Her constant contact helped us in every way and eased the nerves of the process. The Full Sail team is just that...a team. They worked well together and made the whole process seamless and smooth. Charlie Rogers is a killer agent who worked diligiantly to find the home we had been looking for. He was in constant communication with us throughout the enterity of our search/buying/closing and even after. When it came time for negotiations, he got us a great deal, better than we had thought, showing his knowledge of the area and market. As we are new to the area, Charlie was also a great tour guide, showing and telling us about great places to see and eat at. Kayce Fehringer, who was our Transaction Coordinator was a great help. She really lived up to her title, working with our lender and title company to make sure everything was moving along as scheduled and that all the necessary paperwork was in order. I visited Boise several times while attempting to purchase a home in the area. Full Sail Real Estate has very friendly professional service. I tested the patience of Full Sail many times. Erich was always enthusiastic and patient and kind with everything I tried to do. We looked at dozens and dozens of homes. I am a successful home owner because of them. Amy and Erich made me very happy. They were there for me at every point. Every question I had throughout my home quest and purchase in Meridian (all of Boise and Meridian areas) got resolved promptly. Erich translates real estate talk into plain language. Erich views a house as if he were actually the buyer. He was thinking for me at every turn. Amy has great communication skills and resolved every problem I encountered; phone calls were returned instantly. Solutions were proposed as soon as the question appeared. Amy is VERY responsive. If you need, Full Sail has a great list of preferred vendors. This list has maid service, windows and carpet cleaning, and landscape services. These vendors have helped me out tremendously.
