Fantastic experience: LUNA Listings, Jennifer Luna - Sold my Mom’s Condo Above Asking — Smooth, Stress‑Free, and Exceptional! We worked with Jennifer Luna to sell my mom’s condo, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. She priced the home strategically, brought in top‑notch photography and marketing, and within days we had strong interest. The final sale price was higher than we ever expected. What stood out most was how effortless she made everything. Jennifer communicated clearly, anticipated every step, and handled inspections, paperwork, and negotiations with total professionalism. She was compassionate with our family, patient with our questions, and always a step ahead so there was zero stress on our end. If you want an agent who will fight for the best outcome, keep you informed, and make the process seamless, Jennifer Luna, of LUNA Listings is the one. Fantastic experience: Working with Jose was an absolute 5-star experience from our very first home tours all the way to the closing table! What I appreciated most was his total honesty; he never just tried to 'sell' us a house. He gave us genuine, candid opinions on every single property, pointing out exactly how each home did or did not match our target budget, lifestyle interests, and long-term goals. He was truly there for every single step of the journey, keeping us informed and protected the entire time. When we faced a highly competitive market, his strategic guidance was the only reason our offer got accepted. If you want a real estate professional who genuinely cares about your interests and navigates the process flawlessly, look no further!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Luna Listings highly enough! From our very first conversation, it was clear that this team operates with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. They play by the book in every way, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout what can be a stressful process. What truly sets Luna Listings apart is how much they genuinely care about their clients. This wasn’t just a transaction to them – they took the time to understand my needs, answer every question (no matter how small), and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported every step of the way. Their commitment to building real relationships, not just closing deals, is refreshing and truly appreciated. The team was steadfast in their dedication to making my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. They anticipated challenges before they arose, communicated proactively, and handled every detail with care and expertise. Even when unexpected issues came up, they remained calm, solution-oriented, and worked tirelessly to keep everything on track. If you’re looking for a real estate partner who will advocate for you, honor their commitments, and make the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable, Luna Listings is the perfect choice. Fantastic experience: Excellent realtor. We appreciate your patience, your dedication, and your love for your great work. We truly appreciate that you helped us find our home and even afterward, you took the time to truly support us. We appreciate you. Continue your success, Jose Luna. Blessings.

Fantastic experience: Jose was a fantastic realtor, he understood exactly what we needed as first time homeowners with children and was willing to work around my chaotic work schedule when showing houses. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Fantastic experience: We told Jose our situation and he worked hard to make sure we could get a home in time. We are first time home buyers as well, so Jose was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed to make this process easy to understand. We are also thankful and grateful for all the knowledge he shared with us in helping us purchase our first home. Jose was honest and easy to talk to, he answered any questions we had without hesitation. Thank you Jose! We definitely would recommend coming to Jose, whether you are buying or selling.

Fantastic experience: I have used Luna Listings for multiple transactions and they are truly realtors you can trust to work hard on your behalf, would not use any other company.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience as a first time home buyer and now owner. Jose was very helpful with every step of the process. He was always quick to respond to showing requests and other questions and inquiries. Very personable with flexible hours and even took the time out of his Sunday evening to help with time sensitive paperwork. He was excellent about coordinating with the seller's side, my loan officer, and management for the condo I ended up purchasing. Would definitely recommend him and his wife to family and friends!

Fantastic experience: 100 % recomendado, José es una persona súper dedicada a su trabajo, con mucho conocimiento, y muy sincero. Un placer haber echo este proceso con el.

Fantastic experience: Luna Listings found the exact place we were looking for. Awesome to work with and answers questions before they're even asked.I would highly recommend them! He made buying our place easy and fast!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience working with Jennifer selling my first home. I was nervous about the process but Jennifer made the whole process easy. Jennifer is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable which was needed. She kept me well informed and provided valuable support and guidance. The process went exactly the way she said it would! It was a pleasure and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Fantastic experience: I worked with both Jennifer and Jose to sell my previous home and purchase my new home. My husband and I worked with Jennifer 15 years ago when we bought our first house. The circumstances surrounding why I decided to sell my home and move were very sensitive and they were both very understanding and caring in regards to this. Jose was very patient, informative, and honest when I was looking for my new house. I was very nervous about purchasing a home on my own but he helped guide me through the homes, the offer and purchase process. I didn't feel alone or lost during this time. It couldn't have gone better. I then worked with Jennifer to sell my other home. Jennifer knew how hard it would be for me to leave this house so she took her cues from me as to what timeline I needed to work with. As soon as I said I was ready to put it on the market, she was ready to go. I had never sold a house before and she made the process so easy. She helped me understand the offer that I was given but I never felt pressured as to whether to take it or not. I could go on and on about Jose and Jennifer and how amazing they are as not only realtors but as people.

Fantastic experience: I both purchased and sold a home with Luna Listings. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. She sold my home in one day and was extremely detail oriented, always with my best interests in mind. I would not hesitate to use Luna Listings for my future real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: I purchased and sold my home with Luna Listings. They are the best agents in Wisconsin!

Fantastic experience: My husband and are first time home owners! All thanks to Luna listings! We shared this experience with them for nearly two years. In one of the toughest markets to date. In these two years they became more than just our realtor. We made a friend. In our experience we looked at dozens of homes. Never once were we pressured into buying. Actually the opposite. As Jose got to know us he knew what was for us and what wasn’t. A very knowledgeable guy too might I add. Always quick to point out flaws and interesting facts about some of the older homes. Always pleasant, friendly and on time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would recommend them to any friends or family and look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks for making our dreams come true!

Fantastic experience: My wife and i was very impressed with Luna Listings, especially with Jose which made our first time home buyers experience great. Was always there for any questions we had. Definitely will be using them in the future. Thanks Jose.

Fantastic experience: It is our first house and we are grateful to José for his patience, for the information and help provided, his motto "there is always a house for each family" and that is how it is with patience and time.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Luna Listings. Jennifer was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very flexible with us as well despite the fact that we lived out of town. We finally found our first home and the whole process went very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Jose was approachable & accommodating right from my first interaction with him. He always replied within a short, reasonable amount of time and made himself available. He helped to make the process enjoyable during what could have been a highly stressful time. He gave realistic suggestions in a way I could understand. I truly felt he had my best interests at heart & was very genuine. He remained helpful following my closing while remaining professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else to find my home.

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend Luna Listings. Jose and his team made buying our home the best / smoothest experience ever. We were house hunting in a competitive market but they made us feel at ease. They walk you through everything, explain everything, very professional, patient, and hard working team.

Fantastic experience: Luna Listings was absolutely amazing in getting us into our very first home! Jose took us through the house buying process step by step and was completely honest the whole way through! We never felt alone in the process even after the house was purchased! I cannot thank you enough! 10/10, 5 Stars All the way around!!!!

Fantastic experience: Jose was the most caring professional I’ve came across. He did a great job advising us, definitely not there for the money but to help the people. He could have sold us they first house we seen but instead he took the time to show us. He educated us in what we should look for and what would be ok and not ok. Great experience working with him definitely recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Luna is the finest agent that we have worked with. She successfully sold 4 properties for us. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Working with Luna Listings was a pleasure. Jennifer was calm, collective and patient. It was a smooth transaction and we never felt out of the loop. Would recommend to anyone in the Milwaukee Area.

Fantastic experience: Jose was so helpful in getting my husband and I into our first home! He was always professional, kind, and would respond quickly to any questions we had. Jose went above and beyond when showing us homes, and gave us tips and tricks along the way of what to look for and even what we could do to our home in the future to help us make it ours and increase it's value. Jose was there every step of the way and made what could have been a very stressful situation, a piece of cake! Thank you to Jose and Jennifer for getting us into our first home, we love it!

Fantastic experience: He is the best in what he does! He help my family find the perfect home, he was so patient and honest at all time! I recomend him and his wife 100% you won't regret it at all!

Fantastic experience: Jose was our agent this past summer when we moved to the Milwaukee area from Illinois. The market was insanely hot, and we were outbid on three Tosa houses - offering at asking, then $9k above, then $16k above. There were other houses we wanted to overbid on, but Jose was always careful to tell us when he though those bids were out of line for the value of the home, and might get us into trouble if we had to resell anytime soon. This is just one example of Jose's tremendous and impartial attention to detail. Another thing that impressed us was his extensive knowledge of the cost of projected repairs on a wide variety of little-to-big things that might need work on this or that house. He stuck with us through a long and frustrating (not his fault!) process, gave great advice, and finally got us into a house that has truly become our home, in Waukesha. I would recommend Jose and Luna Listings without reservation for excellent service and one of the best buyers' agent experiences I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: I just bought my first house with the help of Jose Luna at Luna Listings. What started as a random pairing through Zillow, ended with a heartwarming success of finding a house I can make my home. Jose was attentive to all of my questions, went above and beyond addressing my concerns, and made sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the biggest decision of my life so far. I know that I will continue to use Jose and Luna Listings for all my future home purchases.

Fantastic experience: I moved away and had rented out the house i owned in Milwaukee to a young couple. It got to be too much for me so I decided to sell it, from where I now live in Michigan. I had Jennifer look at it, she was recommended by my wife, and laid everything out for me. She found the contractors I needed for the necessary repairs. Within 4 days of putting the house on the market we had 3 solid offers to consider. This was in spite of the tenants being less than accommodating for showings. I accepted an offer by the end of the week and the house was sold, from start to finish in less than a month, for more than I was asking. No visits were required from me. Jennifer is thorough and professional. It's the first house I sold so she was quite patient with me as well, as i tried to understand the terminology. There is absolutely no doubt that I WILL recommend Luna Listings to anyone that I know.

Fantastic experience: I RECENTLY PURCHASED MY FIRST HOME THROUGH LUNA LISTING AND JOSE WAS SUCH A GREAT REALTOR. HE WAS EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, AND TRUSTWORTHY. HE TRULY MADE MY HOME PURCHASING EXPERIENCE A MEMORABLE EVENT. I TRULY ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM AND WILL BE REFERRING LUNA LISTING TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THANKS JOSE :)

Fantastic experience: Had a blast working with Jose. He always answered any questions or concerns that I had when it came to looking at homes. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE working with Luna Listings! We sold our house in 3 weeks start to finish and it was the most beautiful, smooth process we could have ever hoped for! Jennifer set up our house beautifully and helped us to be ready to sell in just 5 days! We bought our house from Jose and Jennifer and sold with them and we will ask them to help us buy our next home as well! We love them and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: After months of House Showings/Hunting up and down the Milwaukee Area, we found our dream home. Jose was and still is always willing to help and clarify doubts. He is very knowledgeable and can explain things in a very simple way (Which for 1st time Homebuyers could be complicated). – English or Spanish. I will recommend Luna Listings to friends and Family without thinking it twice. We are very happy and grateful to Jose for all his help and guidance.

Fantastic experience: The team at Luna Listings LLC is amazing. Made the process so easy for me. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Luna was wonderful. Working with Jennifer was delightful. She took what she knew about us and what we were looking for and found us the perfect home in a great area. I appreciate all that Jennifer did to help us in our search. Very professional in doing the work asked of her.

Fantastic experience: Jenny of Luna Listings was absolutely great. I can be stubborn, in which this case I was initially. Went through many different houses from what I've picked out. I was fed up. I decided to just trust Jenny completely. She picked out 4 homes for our Sunday afternoon showing. Needless to say, after walking through it I knew this would be the place that I called home. I'm very well pleased in her work. Jenny made sure that I got everything I needed from beginning to end... I didn't even have to fuss.

Fantastic experience: Jose Luna is fantastic. He is patient, knowledgeable, professional, reliable, dependable, every good quality. I would highly recommend Luna as an agent.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Luna with Luna Listings realty is a friendly takes care of business realty representative. She helped me from the start of the process to the end with the closing. She was available for my many questions and helped allay some of the anxieties with the looking and buying experience. She has years of experience and an easy manner to work with. I'd recommend Jennifer because she did a lot for me, and I'm in a new home.

Fantastic experience: Everything you look for in a real estate agent, you get it from Jose. Professionalism, great communication, and very knowledgeable. He worked around my work schedule to setup appointments for houses. Explained the whole process in a friendly manner and was extremely good at pointing out things to watch for, problem areas, items that might need replacement, etc

Fantastic experience: The team at Luna Listings are true professionals. If you're I the market to sell or buy a home, be sure to check out this great team!

Fantastic experience: Jose Luna was fantastic. We had showings with 3 other realtors before coming across Jose. The previous 3 were very flaky and didn't really care to listen to what we were looking for. They were the cliche salesmen. The complete opposite Once we met Jose, he immediately wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste any time trying to sell us something that we were not interested in or out of our budger. From there he created a document of 90 homes that fit our criteria. He allowed us time to look at them on paper and we then gave him a condensed list. He schedule as many showings as possible as to not miss out on something. Once we found the home we wanted Jose got the process started immediatley. He even set us up with a loan officer he recommended, who we also loved. I highly recommend Jose Luna and Luna Listings. Never once did Jose try to sell us a home. All he did was talk to us like we were his good friends and informed us of things we may anticipate with purchasing certain homes and gave us educated recommendations. We connected with him very well and enjoyed seeing him everytime we met up. Jose is very personable and will always look out for your best interest. I know when my wife and I are looking for our next home we will immediately reach out to Jose to sell our home and help find our next one. My wife and I can honestly say we created a friendship with Jose and not just a business relationship. We have already started recommending him to our friends and family. THANK YOU JOSE!

Fantastic experience: Easy to work with. Explained the process well. Communication was good.

Fantastic experience: Our house was next to rental properties and also on a busy road so we had struggled to get it sold. We had gone w/ a national realtor and were very unhappy with our service. We referred it to Luna Listings and she got the job done!!! She was very reachable and responsive to my communication. We had some issues w/ our buyer and Jennifer worked step by step w/ us to get through the process successfully. I would definitely recommend her to anyone to buy or sell!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I decided to sell our duplex after ownership of 30+ years. We didn't know where to start. We got LUNA listings through Zillow and their references were very good. Jennifer called us and we didn't look further. She was so helpful and professional that we were immediately at ease. She and Jose were familiar with housing in our area and we felt very confident from the start. We especially liked their communication tactics. We got frequent updates and, if we had questions, Jennifer always got back to us promptly. We trusted them with our property and it sold more quickly than we imagined. We would highly recommend LUNA listings for anyone looking to sell or buy!
