We were referred to Kattie and met with her on a Saturday morning. Right from the start we knew Kattie would be a good match for us ! We toured our first house while she was on vacation actually, but she had everything set up for us. We ended up loving the home and put in an offer. With Kattie being many states away she was still so responsive and got our offer in that same night. Our offer was accepted and we could not have done it without her help. Fantastic experience: Highest recommdation! As a military member, I move frequently and have been in contact with many realtors. Kattie is unquestionably the best. She cares deeply about her clients, asks a lot of questions to understand their needs and responds immediately to any and all questions and concerns.
