Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of working with Dirk a few years ago when my wife and I purchased our first home. He was incredibly attentive and always ready to answer any of our questions. We’ll be using him again when it’s time to sell and upgrade to a larger home.

Negative experience: In order to view the photos of the houses, it requires you to make an account. They require you to use your phone number as the password and the 2nd you make the account you get bombarded with constant text messages, phone calls, and emails. Super annoying! Not only am I receiving all of this spam, one of the workers at the company researched me and sent messages with information about me that was never provided during sign up. Sketchy practice... I would suggest going to a different realty website to check houses out. There is no option to cancel the acct. and I have I made sure I opted out of text, calls, and emails but nope, still getting them from numerous different numbers.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Meena Mousavi on our move from South Milwaukee to Illinois in Summer 2024. Meena was incredibly prepared, professional and collaborative every step of the way. We moved to relocate closer to family and friends and had never sold a house before; I found a Jennifer Landro real estate sign on a home on our dog walking route. Meena came in prepared and incredibly optimistic. We had a couple of consultations with relators and went with Meena because 1. She came incredibly prepared, having researched our neighborhood and home history. 2. She was honest and direct about our priorities to get the property ready to sell. 3. She was confident in a plan of action, but didn't pressure us to do anything right away, but rather encouraged us to take our time. When we approached our listing date, we began working with Meena's team with staging and photography. Our home of 7 years- occupied by two big dogs and two small children - was barely recognizable in the photos and marketing materials. We had 9 competitive offers in the first 24 hours following our open house, and Meena kept us in the loop every step of the way, negotiating incredible terms. He secured us with 8 offers and TONS and TONS of showings! Be prepared to be kicked out of your house for a good week because this guy will get lots of foot traffic through your home to get you the best offers! He also took the time with us to explain each offer and all the minute details, as well as the pros/cons of each. He knew how to set us up for success when getting offers to say that we will review them after our open house so we didn't feel pressured to take the first offer that we got. His expertise in these contracts was much appreciated as he explained all of the jargon and helped "dumb it down" to a level I would understand so I felt comfortable making a decision. Dirk was also very respectful of our situation. I am currently going through a divorce, and Dirk handled our situation well and communicated openly and honestly with us the entire time! I cannot say good enough things about Dirk & Landro Realty! Call him now!

Negative experience: They promised to remove an easement after the sale of my house. I have not heard anything. They advised the lower tenants were aware that they have to move. As of now I am without a home to live in because the tenants advise no one made them aware so now I am in a process to evict with no home. Very sad situation and no response from the agent who worked with me. Dissatisfaction indeed.
