The Schmidt Group with Keller Williams Realty

Fantastic experience: We used Sue Arnold from The Schmidt Group at Keller Williams Realty New Berlin, WI to purchase our new house. Sue fully understands the buyer and works to make sure (we as the buyer) were covered, satisfied, and everything went smoothly for the seller. She was able to navigate Milwaukee contractors to arrange inspections and quotes and went above and beyond what a realtor is expected to do! I wish I met Sue for all my previous real estate needs. We also interacted with her team members at The Schmidt Group who were professional, speedy, and great!

Fantastic experience: We have worked with Sue Arnold to buy two houses now and she is always our go-to! She is kind and easy to work with - always understanding how stressful this process can be and doing her part to ease that. As very particular clients, we took almost a year to really find a house that we could make a home. Sue was there through each step, helping and guiding us - through her knowledge of the market and home buying along with her compassion and partnership. When it came down to actually buying a new home and selling our old home - every detail was explained and locked down - making the actual buying and selling part (the most difficult part) a breeze to work through. I would recommend Sue to anyone looking for a home as she will take care of you from start to end and beyond!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sue Arnold and she's been the best supportive agent. Everything went smoothly. She made sure to keep me posted and followed up when needed. 100% recommended! Thank you Sue!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Dan did a remarkable job with the sale of the home and Rebecca did an outstanding job with the paperwork and details afterwards. Any questions were answered same day by both. Their kindness, expertise and professionalism were appreciated. I would definitely recommend them. They deserve more than five stars!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the Schmidt Group if you are looking to buy or sell your home! My husband and I needed a bigger space for our family and we were put into contact with Dan. He helped us navigate the buying and selling process and his team helped us prep our home for sale. With his help we sold our home in less than a week on the market! Dan was also great with the buying process. He knew the style of house we gravitated to before we even realized it. We were able to secure our dream home within our budget. We are so thankful for his help throughout this process. He was easy to reach out to and quick to respond.

Fantastic experience: I am soooo happy in my new Condo. It has everything I need and more! My agent Monica was right on and new exactly what I wanted. Without even asking me, Monica knew that I needed a quiet space on a deck and she found it for me. She is constantly available to me and will return my call or text asap. I would highly recommend working with Monica Duerwachter

During our inspection process, she recognized a potential issue with the foundation and pushed to have the drain tiles inspected — something we never would have thought to request on our own. Her diligence quite literally saved us from major future repair costs. Monica is professional, proactive, and genuinely has her clients’ best interests at heart. She was patient as we worked through my indecisiveness with what I was looking for in a house. As we worked through tours and getting offers put in, it became clear her goal was to do everything in her power to help me get into the perfect home. There were lots of late nights and a crazy finish line to get to closing. Monica was there for me through it all. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were fortunate to have Tiffany Itsines serve as our realtor. We recently sold our house in Northern Virginia and moved to our condominium on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, but we were thinking about purchasing a home in southern Wisconsin to be near our three grandchildren. Needless to say, we really had no idea what we were looking for initially, so we were all over the map. Tiffany was fantastic throughout our search! She was very patient and positive, exhibiting tremendous flexibility as we changed our requirements on what must have seemed to be a daily basis. Tiffany provided excellent advice, found properties that met our shifting requirements, and ultimately surfaced the property that we decided to buy. I've worked with several realtors over the past 40 years, but I've never had such a professional, accommodating realtor who knew her local market so well. I highly recommend Tiffany Itsines to anyone who's looking for a property in southern Wisconsin.

Fantastic experience: Good day to everyone. We want to thank God first and foremost for blessing us with the opportunity of receiving what He has given to us and to have meet Dan Schmidt. It was a fight but I know my husband and I are warriors in our walk with Christ. By faith, added with prayer and supplication we made our requests made know to God. The fight was real but the blessing was so much more worth the fight. Thank you Dan for being a part of the fight and we look forward to working with you again. God bless.

Fantastic experience: Dan and his team were very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain all parts of the process to us. They provided their expertise and guidance, while still listening to what our goals were. They had a solid plan and it worked as we sold our house in three days! Their staging guidance and recommendation for a carpet cleaning service saved us money and allowed our house to sell quickly. Highly recommend this team!

Tanya sent us listings and did virtual walk throughs for us because we were not in town. In the end, she helped us find a home within our time frame. She further helped us to get the home ready while we moved from out of state providing us with trade references and reminding us of important housekeeping items, before and after our move.

Fantastic experience: Tiffany, Dan and AJ of the Schmidt Group are all excellent! My husband had recently passed away and they were all so very helpful with selling our rental property. Tiffany especially - she kept me well informed every step of the way, is very knowledgeable and always so very positive. She was exactly what I needed at that time and I'll always remember her kindness and support. Dan and AJ were so helpful when a problem arose right before closing. Fantastic experience: Working with Tiffany and AJ was an absolute joy! As first time home buyers, we were nervous and apprehensive with the entire buyer process but the Keller Williams team was with us every step of the way to alleviate those jitters. We didn't have much of an eye for what house warning signs to look out for or what average comp prices for any given area were - Tiffany's masterful expertise shone a light on it all. Tiffany provided an objective perspective without swaying us either way, ensuring we have the autonomy to decide for ourselves what we want and what is worth taking a chance on. What can you expect from this team: Honesty, transparency, patience, commitment, and lightning fast responsiveness to any inquiry you may have. Your trust in Tiffany and AJ will not be misplaced!

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Tiffany to purchase a house in one of the most challenging times I have ever done so. She was nothing but supportive to me. She listened and asked questions to better understand my needs. She was always upbeat throughout the thirty plus homes we looked at (some having a walkthrough that lasted 5 minutes). I would occasionally send listings from real estate websites and Tiffany would remind me why I wouldn’t like that home. I asked her to be my real estate wife, which she accepted and played the part flawlessly. She was on top of every aspect of the purchase. She made sure the sellers were out of the house in time, they wouldn’t have been without her interjection. She helped orchestrate the multiple well tests that were required. She even helped remove garbage from my land after we closed on the house. To sum it all up….Tiffany is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. If I ever buy or sell again she will be my number one call. Thank you Tiffany for your support and understanding.
