Fantastic experience: If I could give Caroline 6 stars, I would. She has been excellent. We called her to show us a listing, which she did, but also was quick to assess what we were interested in, and showed us two other properties the same day, both excellent choices, the second of which we purchased. At no point did my wife or I feel the least like we were being talked into settling for something we did not want, and she was very astute to what we were seeking. She was very honest answering our many questions about the property, negotiating, what was a reasonable offer, what to offer for the furnishings, etc. We were only in town for four days to find a property, and she worked diligently to complete the purchase documents, communicate with the seller and us, explain the sale, schedule the inspection to occur the next day (and after customary business hours) so we could be present, submit the purchase deposit, and discuss next steps. In our wildest dreams, we had thought we would only be able to identify one or a few properties to make an offer on after we returned home, yet Caroline worked with us to find just what we wanted and secure the sale asap. After we signed the purchase and sale agreement, she has continued to communicate with us regularly about the status of repairs to the home, provided ample documentation about the home (property survey, past modifications to the home and permits, etc.) given us a lot of useful information about utilities and resources, and talk with us about renting out our property until we move to the Villages. I trust her insight and her wise counsel. She has been extremely fair and a good advocate. It has been a delight to work with her.

Fantastic experience: Caroline was absolutely amazing! We had a bad experience with another realtor so I began "shopping around". When I got to Caroline I knew I had found the one! She listened to my horror story and promised that if we chose her she would do everything in her power to get the house staged and listed in a week. To complicate matters we had already relocated to another state. She said "not to worry she'd handle it". Caroline said our house was a "gem" and she'd get it sold quickly and that was EXACTLEY WHAT SHE DID!! Within a couple weeks we had a contract and closed 30 days later! Fantastic experience: Re: Both my husband and myself are in our early 70’s. After moving 5 years ago we did not expect to make yet another move. But like many others, we felt after a year of COVID, the need for access to the out doors. We were living in a converted early 20th century high school, and although It was most enchanting the condo costs were high and rising and we felt more and more claustrophobic with no porch/es. We began to consider moving once again but we were nervous that buyers would have the same misgivings we had despite the charm of the building. Then Caroline stepped in.
